Inside, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to whip up your favorite dishes, including bar seating and a dishwasher. This condo also includes a private washer/dryer, ensuring that you can pack light and always have fresh clothes and linens during your stay. When you're ready to stay active, head down to the shared gym and fitness room for a workout, or take a dip in the outdoor pool and hot tub. Or perhaps venture out and check out the local favorite, Pier Park. With beach access just steps away, you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters and powder-soft sands of the beach any time you like. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 17.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
