Beautifully situated overlooking Lake Carillon and nestled in the thick of the palm trees, this suite-style, waterfront condo offers a number of unique features for a memorable stay. Enjoy a beautiful wraparound patio with a table and chairs for outdoor dining at golden hour. You'll have access to many community amenities as well, including hot tubs and swimming pools. The condo is also only a short walk to the lake and beach!

Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants less than one mile from your door, Our Little Beach Café and Phat Crab. You're also less than two miles from several local favorites. Three miles to the west, step into a bit of luxury at Rosemary Beach. If you're feeling adventurous, take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards less than half a mile away.

Things to Know

The fireplace is not operational.

Golf carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.

The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Great location
There were some missing pieces and parts, but the location of our condo was great. Access to the lake and the beach was amazing. The bed was comfy. With a little more attention to items needed in the kitchen, living area and bath, it would be ideal.

Great Condo in Perfect Location
This condo was everything we needed for a long weekend. The Carillon Beach community has wonderful pools and private beach access as well as a breakfast/lunch cafe and a coffee/wine bar. Close to Rosemary Beach as well as PCB. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful escape!
You would never know this perfect beach village was tucked in behind the main road. Park your car and rent bikes for the week to enjoy the gorgeous neighborhood, the perfect beach, and all four pools. So quiet and peaceful and family friendly.

Very Nice
The rental was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and very comfortable, with everything that we needed available. The patio was a favorite, with comfortable furniture and a wonderful view. The complex was well kept and the hot tub was a great bonus.

Perfect place for Weddings`
The unit was lovely - very tastefully decorated (except for the missing stove knob). While not on the beach (a short walk, which was doable even while carrying chairs), it was waterfront to the pond/lake, where we made friends with the turtles. But proximity to the Green for the wedding we attended was the best. What a gorgeous place for the young couple to start their lives together.

Carillon 5 Star Condo
Beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. We were not notified that the one pool we had code access to was closed for repairs, and appeared to have been for a while. Condo needs an icemaker, or more than 2 trays. Other than that, a 5 star unit. We'd book again, when pool is available. Rent a golf cart! Makes getting to the beach much easier. You will love the Carillon Little Beach Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Publix and liquor practically across the street! Great place to stay.

The property was nicely decorated, but we had a few issues. 1- Their is a funky smell that isn’t pleasant. 2- There is only enough hot water for one shower at time. It takes 15-20 minutes for the next user. 3- There was a sleeper sofa, but the mattress desperately needs replaced. Our 9 year old even complained about the springs and ultimately just slept on the couch. 5- There were no extra blankets for sleeper sofa, just a bunch of flat sheets. 4- Be very aware that you only have access to one pool and it is not heated. The other pools in Carrilon are for house owners and guests. 5- The thermostat was programmed to go up to 74 at some point in the day, so the unit was very warm in the evening. We figured it out and flipped it to hold the temp lower, but something to be aware of. 6- The towels had hairs on them when we pulled them out. 7- The bathroom floor was slimy and slippery when we arrived. I had to mop it before letting anyone use it. Positives- we rented a golf cart and that made the experience very enjoyable getting to and from the beach. I highly recommend this. The unit location is great being on the end and on the first floor. We really like Carillon Beach, but will likely look for a house next time just for the better amenities.

OVERNIGHT STAY
Unit was adequate, Well appointed with a lovely kitchen. Good sound proofing which is nice because of the traffic and construction in the area. Our one disappointment when we arrived was that there was no ice in the freezer, however, we found ice trays and did have ice after about an hour.

Perfection every way!
This is the only property I book when coming to Carillon! It’s the super cute and the perfect size. Everything was clean, and beds were comfy. The lake view is beautiful and the beach is walking distance. Will continue to book this property for our travels!

Perfect stay with a view
Our family loved this unit. Upgraded decor inside and had everything we needed. Loved the patio overlooking Lake Carillon and a short stroll to the pools and the walkover to the beach. Also super close to the cafes and store.

Nice Quiet Condo with Excellent Location
My wife and I enjoyed staying in Unit 115. The location is Excellent. Very Nice indeed. Quiet location....and Comfortable Bed. Only Negative...not enough Hot Water!!! Ouch!!! Shower head needs to be changed to a "Water Saver" Shower head. I ran out of Hot Water on both showers. Too much water flowing thru the Older Shower Head. Adding a "water saver" shower head should correct this problem. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Little Condo
This condo is super cute and looked professionally decorated. It was very clean too. The patio view was superb! The hot water ran out quick when showering but I assume that is an issue with the whole building and not just this unit. Thanks for a great comfortable stay!
