Top of Top of the Gulf! The view goes on forever from this 8th floor unit. This nautical-themed studio is located in a beach-front high-rise on South Thomas Drive. This unit sleeps 4 on 2 queen beds. Fire Department regulations limit the number of occupants in this unit to 4. No pets. These policies are enforced by our HOA. Our condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishes and pots and pans. The condo features WIFI, large TV with DVD player, as well as a sitting area with couch and recliner, and a dining are with seating for 4. Please note: There are no individual balconies at Top of the Gulf. THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A PRIVATE BALCONY. This is STUDIO Unit, similar to a hotel room.

Our complex has been undergoing a lot of renovations and it shows! Come sit in our big chair, look for the turtles in our pools, and sit up on our roof-top deck at sunset! Top of the Gulf is the condo that just keeps getting better and better.
This unit is suitable for 4 people. Primary renter must be 21 years of age. No smoking of any type, including vaping. No pets.
The condominium is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, and is within walking distance to Pineapple Willie's, Juan Taco, shopping, golfing, and other activities. There is an age restriction of 21 years old for singles, and it is strictly enforced. This condominium unit is a NON-SMOKING Unit. This includes vaping, medical marijuana, and e-cigarettes.(Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas.) Smoking in the unit, or any other deviations from the rules of Top of the Gulf (including failure to occupy the room without advanced notice) will lead to a forfeiture of the deposit. We do not allow pets. By sending the deposit, you are agreeing to these simple conditions.

This family oriented condominium complex has a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, and a massive sundeck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast.
Come on down and get away. Don't spend all your money on a big condo that you won't be sitting in anyway! Save that money and spend it on the restaurants, Zooworld, Gulfworld, and the other sights around!

The primary renter MUST be 21 years of age and on-sight (no absentee parents renting). Drivers' Licenses are checked in the HOA office. Parking/Resort Pass and wristbands obtained in the HOA office with a $30 cash-only fee. Parking limited to one vehicle per unit. My family, a friend, and I stayed here for a long weekend. This property was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was convenient, and the view from the windows was beautiful. The pool, snack shack, and beach location was great too! Whenever I had a question, Cyndi was very quick to respond and was very kind. We will definitely return in the future!

No one is aloud to visit you on the premises NOT EVEN FAMILY otherwise you'd be kicked out.
The place is outdated and a little run down. When it states that this premises includes Beach chairs it neglects to tell you your chair's might be SEVERAL hotel's down because there numbered. Don't waist your money on this place if your looking for a fun family get a away.
