Great family vacation with kids
This (2 bedrooms, and a bonus kid room) condo is perfect for our 2 families (8 of us), ocean front and two big swimming pools. Inside the condo was so clean and large, plenty of rooms for all of us. We loved the beach umbrella and chairs those reserved for us for the whole week. Vacasa (Chelsea Merriss) was so great to work with. I highly recommend this condo!

Wouldn’t stay at this condo again. It has lots of dirty spots on walls, cabinets and shower curtains. Needs a good deep cleaning and repainted. Decor is lacking also.

Condo was trashed - STRONG smoke smell
The layout of this condo was great, it accommodated our family of 5 really well. However, upon arrival the condo reeked of smoke. I immediately called and was told they could not do anything until the next day. After texting most of the day while we were out exploring, I stopped in at the front desk. The woman there looked at her phone and saw my text from 3 hours earlier and stated it was too late in the day to do the air treatment to help remedy the smoke smell. Not only this, but the walls were splattered with gross liquids and foods - a cleaning person came to wipe the wall and stated it was trashed the morning we checked in and the previous renters used the floor as an ashtray. I'm disappointed we were not allowed to rent a new unit and had to endure such dirty accommodations. The living room furniture was also old and uncomfortable.

Loved the location. Stayed on 25th fl. Elevators were very prompt. Lite to no wait time. Place was spacious. The pool and hot tub was nice. Got 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella as part of stay. Cons: need at least adequate matching set of dishes for 4. Need cookware. There were no pans. The bathroom had a lot of mole around tub and sometimes smells like backed sewage. I texted mgt bout problem they eventually sent someone to try to clean the mole. They were able to get some of it off but not all. I took risk anyway of using shower even tho I'm allergic to mole cuz they used a large amt of bleach trying to get it off.

Sunrise Beach 2504
We had a wonderful trip and stay at Sunrise Beach 2504. Could have been a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen and the couches could use a deep cleaning or replacement. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely return again.

Sunrise 2504
Overall satisfied with our stay. Great view, large balcony, comfortable rooms. Double sinks and large tub in master bathroom was great. Fits six people well. We just had one major complaint and one minor complaint. Minor complaint was that cooking utensils and skillets were not in good shape. Major complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. We expected to walk around our room without getting our feet or socks dirty, but it was obvious that whoever was doing the housekeeping did NOT mop, as we had to wash our feet or change our socks multiple times throughout the day. We know for a fact that it wasn't us that got the floors that dirty because this happened since our firat day. Would stay again but with hopes that the floors will be cleaner. We would like to stay in PCB during the summer but would not pay summer time prices (approximately $4000 per week) for this property, knowing about the cleaning issues. Mop provided was not in good shape either, so we were not able to mop well ourselves either (though we shouldn't have had to).

Sunrise July 2021
2504 - this condo was great! Plenty of space for the 7 of us, TVs in every room and bedding for everyone! It’s right on the beach, and for being on the 25th floor I was nervous about the elevators, however all four elevators went really well any time of day. The balcony with its breath-taking view is spacious and has plenty of seating. The parking deck under the hotel was nice to be able to leave our beach stuff in the car and not carry them upstairs. The pool on the 5th floor was perfect, crowded at times due to season, but clean and spacious. We appreciated the staff not allowing alcohol and smoking at the pool. The Beach service was THE best, having two chairs and the umbrella ready every morning was - a w e s o m e ! ! I give it 4 stars for 3 reasons: 1) We arrive pretty early and we asked, if at all possible, to check in earlier and were told that front desk will call us to let us know as soon as the room was available. We waited and called only to get the same answer, sorry we are still cleaning your room. By 3:00pm we called and the answer was same, “sorry your room is not ready” so we went upstairs and checked on the room. No one was in the room, not a soul was on that floor. When we called again, front desk instructed us to put the pin to enter the room only at 4:01pm otherwise we’ll be locked out. So, I understood clearly, they never intended to let us in earlier it was just polite to say that they will. That was a bummer, traveling with children who were overdue for a nap. 2) The table was wobbly big time, and had only 6 seats, as the room hold up to 8 people. In addition, the table was very heavy, we were afraid it will fall at any time. The kitchen had very poor utensils, pots and pans they were in horrible condition. We chose to cook in the room since the restaurants had long up to 3 hours waiting time. 3) The bedroom with the two twin beds does not have AC so it’s stuffy and muggy, unless you keep the door open and the ceiling fan on all the time. It’s a very small space but was great for our children. OVERALL, we will return to Sunrise Beach Resort.

The staff is hardly ever around. The plumbing in the condo was terrible. Dishwasher wasnt working properly sink overflowed I was really surprised for a 4 night stay we had to supply our own toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. That was disappointing Other than that it was a nice place

We loved everything, but the floors were dirty. The coffee pot did not work.
Everything was great but the floors were dirty. The kids feet would be black and their socks would too. The coffee pot was useless. It would barely run and it would be full of coffee grounds. Other that that, out stay was great!!

Exceptional beachfront 2.5 bedroom condo
Beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, the third “bedroom” Had no closet and was small but had two twins with the same high quality mattresses that were on the two king beds in the big bedrooms. We were very pleased with our stay and definitely plan to come back to this condo!

Great family vaca
Good location with plenty of family activities within walking distance. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. Wonderful beach area. Condo was perfect for family of 4. Small bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the rooms which made it uncomfortable for my daughter to sleep in. Kitchen counters and stove were dirty upon arrival and some mold in hall bath shower. Other than that, very nice!

Beautiful home!
This house was very nice and well furnished. The only thing on the negative side is the bedroom with the twin beds never seemed to get cool at all. No air was coming from the vent. Other than that, it was great! Great view, and the master bedroom/bath were very spacious.
