Newly remodeled beachfront condo with primary suite also on the water - giving you a double length balcony! Direct gulf and beach views! Primary has an en suite bathroom with spa-like shower. Bunk room with barn-door has twin beds with attached second bathroom. Newer wash machine and dryer. New shaker cabinets and granite counter-tops in kitchen and both bathrooms. New luxury vinyl plank flooring. New stainless steel appliances. Desk in primary bedroom. Here on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll enjoy spectacular views from your balcony, free seasonal beach service downstairs, and use of such wonderful facilities as indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a movie theater, an arcade, and a 4,300-square-foot gym with a Roman spa.

The resort sits only three-quarters of a mile west of Pier Park, where you can stroll among 124 stores, great restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (the host of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series). The Russell-Fields Pier is three-quarters of a mile east, the wildlife shows of Gulf World are one mile east, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark is four miles east. Frank Brown Park is one mile north as well, and hosts Gulf Coast Jam every Labor Day weekend.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay!
Overall, this condo unit was fantastic! Loved the view of the ocean! Loved the layout and decor! Close to elevators but was not noisy. Very quiet and exceptionally clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!!!

Great condo, terrible elevators!!
The condo itself is GREAT!! Newly remodeled, great beachy feel. The 2 reasons we won't rebook are the elevators (the slowest we've experienced at any of the many, many places we've stayed) and the storm drain into the ocean which made the ocean water brown!

Beautiful Condo
We stayed for just a few days in December, the weather was beautiful and the Condo was as well. The owners had recently remodeled the unit with fresh paint and new furniture (the pictures haven't been updated yet). We truly had a wonderful stay, we plan on returning and have booked a weekend in January.

Lovely unit, terrible mattress!
The resort and this unit were lovely, however the king-sized mattress has a very thick foam topper on it that made it difficult to sleep. It is too soft and my back ached the entire stay.

Good, but not great.
The good: great view, easy access to the beach, nice pools and other amenities, decorated nicely. The bad: ice maker doesn’t work (filter for the fridge also needed to be replaced), broken couch, shower in the master bathroom had terrible water pressure, the bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable, and the unit wasn’t as clean as it should have been (sand on the floor, dirty windows, found a few stray hairs that didn’t belong to us).

Beautiful room but resorts aren’t for everyone
We absolutely loved our condo! It was beautiful with beautiful views! That being said we were already disappointed because we were moved to location instead of our original plan for Splash Resort with other family! We are disappointed for our children who looked forward to the water park we specifically chose splash for. Being moved to Tidewater was disappointing enough then we got to experience the awfully long wait times to go anywhere on an elevator! If you’re not going out super early or coming in super late and have a larger family plan to wait! We waited anywhere from 20-40 mins trying to get on as a family of 6! The idea was nice but we will not be returning.

Fabulous unit!
We loved the unit. It had the perfect amount of space for us (me, husband plus two little girls). We loved the complimentary beach chairs, the pool and the restaurant (food is great!). Our only complaints were that one of doors to the bunk room had come off its hinges and was just resting against a wall in the bunk room. My girls would have liked to be able to fully close that door. Also, the elevators are insane. We didn’t bother with a cart on our last day because we knew we’d never catch an elevator with enough space for one. But everyone was super friendly and accommodating in trying to make room for what we were carrying. Overall, it was a great trip!

Our beach fun
The room was great. It had nice furniture, loved that it had no carpet. The kitchen was nice, all the appliances looked new and worked great. Loved the patio furniture, we enjoyed setting on the patio drinking coffee before going to beach. Bedroom was really nice, bed was very comfortable. The main bathroom had a walk-in shower which is convenient for seniors. Over all we thought this was a very nice room and would definitely recommend it.

Heaven on Earth
What a gem! I absolutely love the beach vibe! The double balcony is wonderful from both master bedroom and living room! I can see the Gulf of Mexico while doing dishes! This is perfect for people who would enjoy a cruise but prefer a land stay so they don't have the motion from the ocean! To hear the waves from the balcony is so peaceful and relaxing! I love the Adirondack chairs with small table out on the balcony for early morning coffee. I can't think of a better getaway! Go get your beach on! #809 is DREAMY!!!

Perfectly Paradise
This is our second year staying in this unit, and it has been wonderful each time. Compared to other condos, this unit has been updated and offers clean, serene and comfortable decor. The larger island and living room furniture offer plenty of seating for either meals at the counter or just lounging in the evening after a day of sun and sand. The extra space in the bunk area and the sliding door for privacy make that space a perfect little apartment for adults and kids alike. The updated bathrooms, washer/dryer and nice balcony furniture truly allow you to simply relax and enjoy the time away. This unit is also just high enough to have wonderful views but still low enough to take the stairs to avoid the peak elevator times. We will definitely be back to stay in #809!

Awesome Stay for Couple's Getaway
This was a very nicely furnished, modern unit. The owners made sure that all of the furnishings are extra comfortable...from the master bed to the living room sofa set. We had no issues with the elevators or with the unit itself. I will book this unit again.
