Single story home with two car garages, privately owned with fenced surroundings, comfortable with pure serenity which sleeps 7 near Beautiful Grand Lagoon.

Equipped with 1 fully furnished master bedroom with queen bed, 1 fully furnished bedroom with queen bed , a pull out couch in office space, a roll-away-bed in living room equipped with pallet material for the kids.

The family room is very spacious and nicely furnished with TV, stereo, Couch, and slumber bed for sleeping. After all activities of the day, enjoy the lovely furnished Solarium (porch) for your favorite drinks. Also a view of the sunrise and sunset can be very breathtaking there. This home also has a wet bar and is very private and has it's own private parking.

With beach access you can enjoy the white sandy beaches, Emerald waters and beautiful sunsets.
Boating lovers can launch their boat in the Lagoon from the public docks found in the neighborhood, where you can also visit St Andrews Public Park, Shell Island, or enjoy Fishing, Surfing, Scuba, Sailing, Sightseeing, or Jet Skiing, etc. You will be in walking distance to major restaurants and Deep Sea Fishing near the State Park. There are places to enjoy for every kind of activity.

The house was nice, but a bit dated. It was located in an area convenient for the purpose of our vacation (fishing). Overall the house was clean.The kitchen could use more cooking utensils, for example there wasn't a cookie sheet to use in the oven and the cooking utensils were old and only had butcher knives with no smaller knives to cut with except for the butter knives. In the description of the sleeping areas, found that it was off. One of the beds described as a futon was on the back porch in a screened in area. Sleeping outside in June with 80°+ temperature wasn't so inviting.

I have rented several houses from VRBO over the years. at least 20 or so. This house was probably the worst I have ever rented. The listing was no where near accurate. The listing stated the house would sleep 6 to 8 people the bedding that was actually there would only sleep 4 people comfortably. The patio was all broken up and had to be very careful walking on it to keep from tripping. The furniture in the house was old and out dated and worn out. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet that had to be washed before they could be used one plate had old dried out food on it. the light switch in the dining room had no cover on it which could be dangerous for a child but luckily that didn't effect us we had no children there with us. The best part of the house was the fact that it had a garage where we could park our motorcycles. The two queen size beds slept pretty good but there were no futons like listed and I did not see a day bed anywhere. There was a roll away bed but it was in such poor shape that an adult could never sleep on it comfortably. There were three of us all men and one had to sleep on a couch in the office area. The TV's were all very small and were advertised as large flat screen TV's. I would not recommend this house to my family or friends and I will not be renting it again.

Nice Getaway From The Hustle and Bustle
Nice quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the Pier Park area, but still close enough to shopping and restaurants. Loved having a garage to park car out of the elements or having someone ding your car. Our only recommendation would be the addition of of window blinds in the bedrooms for more privacy at night and in order to sleep in. Also, the enclosed patio does need some TLC, but a nice feature! Thank you for the great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! The property was clean and spacious, merely minutes from everything in PCB. Melody, the house manager, was excellent, as she was kind, communicative and easy to deal with. We had a great stay and look forward to returning!

Wifi password was wrong had to call the internett company myself to have password reset
Was on phone over an hour getting this done Then the sewer system backed up on us on Thursday night. The beds are old very old and worn out. The house is very out dated. 32 inch in three rooms need to be updated to 65” tvs, needs painting though out the house and washer and dryer need to be replaced. Great location but house needs work. Saw baby roaches I. The kitchen area. Not worth the money I spent on this rental Very disappointed in this house. They need to invest in updating everything in this house.

You get what you pay for
Pros: Great location to be in of your don’t like to be in the busiest part of town. Loved how close it was to the State Park. Cons: Very outdated home/furnishings. Decor was kinda strange for a vacation rental- American Indians in the bedroom, Egyptians in the dining room, and mismatched outdated furniture. No beach vibes and the beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. Overall, it’s what you pay for- cheap and safe place to sleep.

Great location, Great for families
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Just five minutes drive from the grocery stores, Four minutes drive from a free parking public access to beautiful section of beach lined with houses instead of hotels. As a family with four children, we felt like we had plenty of space in a place with two showers, a dining table for six, a kitchen equipped for family meals at the home away from home. One note for planning: Sleeper sofa as is typically the case, probably more comfortable for children than adults.

Only reason it got a one star from me because I had to give one to give a review!!!
Where should I start? This property is trash! Nothing is like the listing, the owner has you communicate with her cleaning lady. Then they try to justify everything you say. First of all we pull up to bars on the windows! Not once did I feel safe after that. Then we walk in the house and the couch cover had stains all over it. There’s dust on the ceiling in the kitchen from the fan that has been on there for years. Yard clippings are just laying in the corner of the yard! The front door looks like that and the garage door has been broken in to! One slight kick and someone is in. The sunroom has a bunch of windows out of it. Nothing peaceful about it at all. The house has tacky notes all around it, asking you to do this or that. The shelving in the fridge is broken. Mold by the fireplace but the cleaning lady said it’s because “they’ve had a lot of rain and she hasn’t been able to get to it”. Yes they did let me check in early as per my request but I took one look at that place walked around long enough to take pictures and ask for some of my money back and left. I had to get a resort last minute thank goodness they took big dogs or I would have been driving 13 hours home. Then she proceeds to tell me “next time get a 5 star hotel, no one should have to spend 2 days of bad messaging for a 3 day rental” is what she told me.. we’ll if the pictures looked anything like the place I wouldn’t have messaged her at all!!!! She should be banned from renting her place on rvbo! Everyone should definitely read the reviews before even wasting your money on this place!!
