The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, en suite bathroom, ocean view and balcony access.

The 2nd Master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony access, and ocean view.

The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed en suite bathroom and a flat screen tv.

The 4th bedroom has 2 full size beds.

The oceanfront living room has a 55 inch flat screen tv and a queen size pull out couch.

You must register for parking passes at the front desk between 8am and 5pm. Parking passes are $20 per car.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

Amazing Trip
Our family absolutely loved our stay! Created amazing memories! One thing to note is that there was very limited toilet paper, soap, no salt/pepper, coffee and things that normally come with a Vrbo so just expect to buy some while you’re there or bring some from home.

Family Vacation
We had a group of 11 with ages ranging from 13-79. We had a great time. The condo was very nice. Although the cleaning crew could use some work...there was cheese cubes, bottle caps and chip crumbs left under the couches. It was nice to be on the 2nd floor and have the stairs as an option for those who were able. All in all, we had a great time and would stay in this condo again.

The description was totally accurate. The whole stay was a joy for all of us. Very beautiful condo and views. We seen dolphins from our deck every morning. The worst part of our stay was , once our vacation was over we had to leave, but we will be right back next year and hopefully we can get the same condo ..

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The whole condo complex was very clean and you can’t beat the location right on the beach. We watched dolphins from the balcony which was so fun.

We were so impressed when we walked in to find the unit clean and well prepped. The decor was nice and you can tell has been updated. We had enough room for everyone and all the beds were comfortable! Hope to book this one again!!!

We loved this stay. The condo could use a few improvements of new blinds, curtains and a few other cosmetics that would take it to a whole new level. But the condo is exactly how it’s listed and it great for a large family. We will more than likely stay here again

We have stay at several condos at various beaches, this was by far the cleanest we have ever rented. Not only the condo, but the beach as well. Chair and Umbrella Guy on beach was great!! We will be back to Coral Reef, good Lord willing!!

Coral Reef is a wonderful place to stay
The room is spacious. The bifold doors need work but like a home just cosmetic things. We would stay again. The Coral Reef. Is beautiful. Their grounds , pools are beyond one of the best.

For the hour we were there it was nice
The unit had sprinkler head leak the morning we arrived. It turned out to be more than they thought, so the rental company moved us to another location on Front Beach Rd. During the short time we were there the unit seemed very nice and was just as pictured.

Great vacation
The property manager was great to work with. The condo was very nice. The grounds were well kept and the location was good. I do think we should have been informed that the property was under a huge renovation. The painters were sanding on the back side of the building making it impossible to sit on the patio for a couple of days and there was dust everywhere, including the pool.

Overall property was wonderful. The unit we were in only had 4 chairs on the balcony for 8 adults. Also one sofa and two chairs in living room. No dish towels in kitchen. Only two bowls. Everything else was Great! Everyone really enjoyed the view from the second floor!
