Tidewater is one of the most amenity-packed resorts you will find located in the desired West end of Panama City Beach -- only 20 minutes from the airport, walking distance to Pier Park with plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and grocery stores nearby.
This beautifully decorated unit is located on the fourth floor with its own private hallway – meaning no noise from other guests walking by your room. This unit accommodates up to 4 adults & 2 children featuring a King-sized bed in the Master bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a separate bunk bed area.This unique layout provides an abundance of natural light that you won’t find in standard units! As you walk into the living space you will be amazed by the floor to ceiling windows that engulf you in incredible oceanfront views all around. The balcony overlooks the pool & provides a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the gulf or watching the fireworks that often light up the sky from the pier at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay – Keurig & regular style coffee pot, blender, cookware & utensils, etc. There is a large dining area just off the kitchen & plenty of storage space throughout the unit. There are games, movies, & books in the unit for guests to enjoy. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, cooler, & beach toys are provided in the unit for guests to use. The unit also includes a washer & dryer & free wifi.

This unit is only two flights of stairs above the 2nd floor walkway to the parking garage or lobby so you can avoid elevators during busy times or if you prefer an elevator, one is located just outside of your private hallway.

We found the unit both nice and clean with the check-in process super easy. Unit owner answered any questions I had promptly. Elevators are super slow, so the fourth floor was perfect for taking the stairs. Parking deck had plenty of space. Great stay!

Awesome place!
This room was amazing and had everything we needed and more! Being on the 4th floor was great with awesome views of the city, pool, and beach you get it all. Perfect for 2-3 adults and several kids. This place made me feel at home. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation
We loved our stay! It was perfect for our 3 teenage boys as we could keep an eye on them while on the beach or at the pool. The view from the balcony and windows were perfect for grandma and close enough to bars and restaurants for Mom and dad. This condo had everything we needed for a weeks getaway!

Very nice unit with plenty of amenities. Really enjoyed the morning sun and view of the gulf. Not too high up to be inconvenienced when nearby elevator didn’t work. Over all it was very nice and we would stay again. Comfortable bed, the room was very comfortable and the addition of the dehumidifier really helped. Tidewater pools and beach are very well kept.

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean. The view on the patio was perfect with pool and ocean view. The owner of the condo was very helpful and quick with responding to anything we needed. I love the fact that the stairs were directly outside the condo to walk down as the elevators are on the slow side due to being busy with guest riding. Overall we stayed a week and it was perfect for our family I would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway for young kids!
Came down with our 2 kids ages 4 and 2, even with it raining and cold for several days the kids had a blast with the indoor pool and arcade. They also loved watching the Farris wheel that is visible from the stunning living room windows. The condo was immaculate and had everything our little family needed. I loved the view the most. Everything was easily accessible we hardly left the property at all! Will definitely come back again!

First of Jerrica and her condo was excellent. Clean, neat, close access to an elevator…when it worked. My issues were with the building. The parking garage and condo building are connected by a long walkway. My husband has heart issues. He helped me push the luggage cart from parking garage to condo. However the check in person sent us the completely wrong direction west instead of east. The walking was too much for him. If you have health issues or mobility issues, this might not be the condo building for you.

Fall Break
The hosts were amazing. The unit was perfect but we probably won't stay at tbe Tidewater again because of some of the rules that are in place, no food at the pool (even though there is a snack bar within the pool grounds), no music at the pool, and those guest not renting beach chairs and umbrellas are made to setup to the left and right of rentals. The rental chairs spanned almost the entire width of the condominium which makes it was a long haul to lug your beach gear. Fellow Tidewater guests were made to move their beach canopy even though they were in the correct area.
