hot tub, kid pool, billiard room exercise room included Tiki Hut. Entertainment during peak season. Guarded entrance, On slower end of beach relax without all the traffic. Near restaurants and Saint Andrews State Park. Near amusement parks. 3 miles from Wal-Mart.

Awesome!
This was a perfect for us! Amazing views! Condo was equipped with everything we needed! It was quite cold while we were there but the pool is heated which was a plus! Beautiful view of both sunrises and sunsets! Lynn was a pleasure to work with and promptly answered any questions we had! Would definitely book again!

Property was near so many activities, easy access to State park and many restaurants. Owner made easy check in, parking easy, wonderful view of beach and sunset from balcony. Very roomy inside with everything you need for great vacation. Highly recommend!

Perfect trip!
Condo was perfect and pictures accurately show what you get. The building is quite old but the condo has been updated and is very nice. Host was very prompt in answering any questions. I am always checking dates to book another stay!

Condo was nice and had everything you would need. Convenient location with not too many crowds on beach. The view is amazing. The bed is firm and i prefer soft but I most do not. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay again. Close to shops and restaurants.

Awesome condo right on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf. Condo was well stocked and had what we needed. Very nice that 2 beach chairs were included. Will definitely be back.

The unit was very comfortable and offered everything we needed.
The property was in a very nice area of the beach, close to pontoon rentals, the St. Andrews State park. The grandkids loved the heated pool.

Great condo!
We have been to Regency Towers several times over the years. This is by far the nicest condo we've stayed in! It was beautifully decorated & updated. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay at PCB.

Liked the activities such as karaoke and movies. Liked that it is on the quieter side of the beach. The property is well maintained and secure. Would stay here again for sure. Our view was fantastic.

You can't get any closer to the water than this! The ocean is just steps from the pools! This condo was fully furnished and very welcoming. We loved the charming decor and the convenient location. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice and Simple
The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen layout is very tight and lacked a few things like a corkscrew and a crab boil pot. Other than that, this condo is located within beach walking distance from Schooners and had a lovely pool area with tiki bar.

Fantastic View
Spent the month of May at this property with my sister. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Lynn was excellent to deal with and responded immediately to a couple of minor issues we had. Having the 2 beach loungers & umbrella was definitely a bonus! Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers! Lynn was an excellent host. The condo had everything we could want or need. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. All the kitchen tools you’d need for cooking a meal. The bar by the pool (Bikini Bob’s) was awesome! Overall a great place to stay.
