ABOUT THE AREA: Ideally situated between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, our home offers the ideal balance of privacy and proximity to all that 30A has to offer. As our guest, you'll enjoy access to the private Seacrest Beach and complimentary tram service, running from 9 am to 6 pm, March through October.

PARKING: Enjoy the convenience of 4 parking spots at our property. Additionally, we've secured overflow parking just under a mile away for your convenience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period
- No pets
- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number. Additionally, before the fun begins, we'll need you to sign our rental agreement that has a $100 authorization hold for incidentals. It's all part of the check-in charm! Thanks for being awesome!

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home. Guidebook will be sent 14 days before check-in with all info about home and local area.

Just a short walk from your front door and hop on the beach tram that will take you right to the private beach access!
