Just steps away, via public beach access, you will find shore fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and many other exciting options! Less than a mile from your vacation rental, visit Saint Andrews State Park for fishing, picnicking, and hiking. And right next door to this property, you will find a local favorite, Schooners, offering beachfront dining and entertainment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the view, the weather was perfect, condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly would recommend this condo! Schooners is our favorite place here at PCB and it's right next door, can't beat the amazing food, drinks and great service:) We will miss it until next year!

Perfect Location and Views!
We really enjoyed staying at this location in PCB and will do so again in the future. The view from this unit on the 17th floor is spectacular! Nothing blocks your sunset views at all. It was very easy parking and easy access to the building, elevators and pools to get to the beach. We loved the beach service for chairs/umbrellas being included. We did not like that we had to rush down every morning to check in by 8am or we couldn't get a front row chair. They wouldn't let us check in just once for our entire stay even though it came w/ the room fees. So that was something we had to make sure we didn't miss every morning. When we arrived we noticed a blood stain on the bedding. After a 12 hour drive that was not fun and were were dead tired. They came the following morning and removed the linen, it was on the bottom mattress on the side and very noticeable (but not to the cleaning crew). The sofa can be uncomfortable due to it being a pull out sofa bed. The cushions sink at the edge to where your hitting the hard frame of the edge of the couch. The bed is a catch 22. It's a memory foam and probably a personal preference. At first it felt wonderful. By day two it was a back breaker for us. Some probably love it and then some probably hate it. We are definitely coming back to this complex again but going to cost compare the extra fees like booking fees, etc as this one seemed pretty steep considering the nightly rental rate.

Check in / out was super easy (besides 2 elevators being down- which isn't vacasas fault) and they gave easy instructions! The room was pretty and clean. Room was well equipped and had some samples which came in handy. We will definitely use vacasa again and this room if available!

Summer 2022
We loved the decor of this condo. The set up was perfect for our family of four. My oldest daughter sept on the sofa bed and said it was actually comfortable. Our youngest loved the bunk beds. The king bed in the master bedroom was our deciding factor for this condo and it was perfect. We love the location of Seychelles. It was our second year to stay in a condo here and I’m pretty sure we are hooked on this location.

Loved it!
We visit the beach at least once a year. The goal is to relax...with a capital R! That means not running out to eat at every meal and lots of binge watching shows.... This condo was the best equipped kitchen for the stay-in and relax type of vacation! The condo was clean and well appointed...we will definitely consider this particular unit again!

Our stay was amazing. great cozy place to stay and enjoy the ocean. But, I have one complaint who ever cleans your unit. They need to do better. I had to wash all the silverware and plates and bowls. They had crust and stucky all over them.
