Unwind in this cute, comfortable condo that sleeps 6 with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunks and a comfy sleeper sofa in an expansive living room. This condo is also equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer, modern decor, and large flat screen TV s! Best of all are the “front row seats” on the private balcony so the family can breathe in the salt air and take in the stunning gulf views.

Emerald Beach Resort is located on the much desired west end of Panama City Beach and within walking distance to the popular Pier Park and Russell-Fields Pier (City Pier), featuring Jimmy Buffett s Margaritaville!! The owner was extremely nice and let me check in early! The location and view were awesome! The condo was cute. The downfalls were washcloths were very thin, parking garage was a difficult process due to being across street. Bedroom was close to elevator and could hear it all night and could hear people conversation next door

The property manager was amazing. Room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The balcony view was spectacular and access to runaway island in walking distance. The beach was very clean and wasn’t too crowded. Definitely plan on returning to this condo.

There were several issues during our stay and the property manager was VERY quick to respond and fix them. Property manager is 100%. However, there’s mold everywhere. On the ceilings and throughout the bathroom. It was definitely not the sparking photos that are online.

Lovely view and very relaxing
We spent a few days here in March. The beach had plenty of room available. As long as you made it down to the pool early, you could find a spot. The heated Pool a definite bonus! Really enjoyed time sitting on the balcony with a wonderful view and going for walks on the beach. Convenient location. Roy was wonderful with setting up an early check-in. Very easy. Enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.
