Panama City Beach Front View of the Gulf Sea at Tidewater Beach Resort unit 2812. This King Bed w/Adjustable Base Master with ocean view and Small Bedroom (was bunk room) with double Bed with adjustable base, and Queen sofa pullout is on the beach on the 28th floor penthouse level ceiling height with gulf-front balcony across living room and master bedroom. Paid seasonal beach chair setup for 2 chairs and umbrella at the resort is included. Recently updated furniture. Resort features gulf beach access, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 2 outdoor jacuzzis; gym, indoor sauna, steam room game-room, restaurant "Waves", pool-side Tiki Bar, and convenience store serving ice cream and Starbucks coffee.

Note: You will need to log onto www.TidewaterHoa.com and pre-register for your stay no later than 48 hours prior to your stay. Fantastic family stay. Lois is an absolutely wonderful owner with a beautiful condo. Comfort and Convenience in Paradise!
We've stayed at many of the condos in Tidewater over the years; we love the complex and location. This particular unit was our favorite yet, and we'll book it again! Very clean, well-appointed, and pleasing esthetics. The view and extra long balcony simply cannot be beat. The owner Lois was very helpful and communicative. I'm already longing to be back!

Great Vacation!
We had a great time, and the condo was awesome. The property owner changed before our vacation, but both the original owner and new owner were great at keeping us informed and making sure our vacation happened as planned without any issue. Lois even honored the original booking price, which was very much appreciated.

What a fantastic place!
First and foremost, everything you're reading about this place is true -- beautiful views, nicely furnished, extremely clean and Lois is a wonderful host. For us, everything went perfectly. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The unit was visibly well cared for, and the views were absolutely stunning! All the furniture was very comfortable, and there was even an adjustable king bed in the master suite! The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, and sharp knives as well as many other nice to haves (toaster, coffee maker, etc.). There was even a nice collection of spices, oils and vinegars. Throughout the unit, everything was well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, wash cloths, laundry detergent, etc. There really wasn't anything missing. On a comparison scale, this rental was head and shoulders above any other vacation homes we've stayed in! Thank you, Lois, for sharing your condo with us!

Clean condo in a good location.
Condo was as described, clean, and offered all amenities. We have stayed at Tidewater in the past with no complaints. Close to Pier Park and shopping centers. Owner communicated through email and text. Very informative and offered her cell phone number if we needed anything throughout our stay. Would recommend to those looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Perfect relaxing break
We've stayed at Tidewater before, in the same floorplan, so no surprises there. It is nice, however, to work directly with the owner and not a management company: Lois was quick to respond and we had everything we needed before arriving onsite. Absolutely nothing we could fault in the condo: clean, comfortable, weel-equipped, and an amazing view from the 28th floor. No issues waiting for elevators since this was early March and all the communal areas were clean and well-maintained. We are regular visitors to the gulf coast and will likely be back at Tidewater in the future.
