Our Beachy themed condo will blow you away with it's amazing Gulf view which you get not only from the living room area but from the kitchen and the dining area as well. Plenty of seating for the whole family; seating for 7 in the living room, seating for 3 balcony area, and the dining table seats 4 with room for 6 more at the breakfast bar. Did I mention the easy to clean wood grained ceramic tile throughout the condo.
Our all stainless steal appliance kitchen is fully stocked with ice maker and water from the fridge door, cooking & eating utensils, cooking pots & pans, plates & bowls, and glasses & cups... Granite counters with a duo k-cup & drip coffee type coffee maker, 2 slotted toaster, a blender, a mixer, and a crock pot.
The living room has a sleeper sofa & a regular sofa with an arm chairs overlooking a large flat screen TV with DVD player.
The Beachy Theme continues on to the master bedroom that has a king bed, big flat screen TV on the dresser, and a remodeled master bath. The master bathroom has a new shower/tub combo, new sink, and new toilet.
In the hall we have 2 twin beds in a bunk configuration and closet containing a stacked washer and dryer next to it. The remodeled hall guest bath has a new shower/tub combo, new sink, and new toilet.

Tidewater beach resort is located ½ mile west of pier park. Tidewater will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with Tiki bar and East pool has a coffee and sundries shop - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - and much more!!!
The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water with para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book! But look out for the Sun, don't ruin your vacation with a terrible sunburn on your first day.

Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for parking and arm bands per rental. We will send you a link so you can register online prior to your arrival which will save you a lot of time at check in. As with most condos in Panama City beach, the resorts require Families or 25 and above to rent.

Anniversary trip!
We absolutely loved this unit! The condo was extremely clean and well kept. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’d ever slept in on a vacation. It was nice to feel rested each morning. Four Star Condo Services was amazing to work with. Super responsive and easy to reach by phone and email!

The accomodations were great. We missed our first day, family emergency that's lost money i guess. The building staff could have been friendlier. If we don't stay again that's the reason.

Terribl Elevator Service Taints Entire Vacation

Great stay - Horrible Elevators
The property was fantastic!!! The only negative thing I can say about the room is the amount of light that comes into the bed room from the walk way is more than I would like. It was hard to get to sleep. But Tidewaters elevators were horrible. In some cases we had to walk from our room to the other end of the hotel just to get to the ground floor because the elevators by the room were always full.

The condo was very clean! However, the elevator situation was a big problem!
The most comfortable mattress and pillow I have ever slept on away from home! Well stocked kitchen, however there were a few items (colander and whisk) not available… but no big deal. Nice big TV with plenty of seating for the whole family! Definitely needed more towels… Only eight towels. This condo is on the 7th floor (technically 8th) Of a 30 floor building. Not enough elevators for the amount of people trying to use them, we took the stairs the majority of the time because of the weight. All in all a nice place, and I would definitely stay here again!

Got a good experience at all!
I go to PCB every year and we will not be returning to Tidewater Resort. We paid a lot of money for a condo for 6 days. And then for the first time ever staying in a condo at PCB, We then had to "Check in" and pay a check in fee. Its not the money that concerned me.....its the principle. on the second and third day we were there.....the electric went out. The AC also went out on the third day. Elevators take forever. waited 20 minutes or more multiple times Nice free chairs on the beach but you gotta spread them out a little. They were actually 1 foot apart from each other and that's to close to the people setting next to you.

The condo was decent. Had everything that we needed but it was not worth the price that we had to pay. Air conditioner didn’t work the first night. Screen went blank with no temp reading. Thought it would come back on. It didn’t. Sheets were too small for the bed. Woke up every morning with the fitted sheet wrapped around you. Saw roaches in the hallway. The absolute worst was the elevator. Good thing we were only on the 7th floor because we had to take the stairs numerous times because the elevator would never come or when it did, it was completely full. We felt trapped in the condo because it was not easy to go anywhere after you got there. We paid a lot to stay here and it definitely was not worth what we paid.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decent. It was furnished nice and had everything that we needed. However the air conditioning stopped working the first night. Went to lower it, and not past their required temp, and the screen went blank. Only way to have any air movement was to have the units fan on. Very sticky with out air conditioning. Sheets on the bed were way too small. The fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. Every morning it would be wrapped around you. Saw a few roaches. The worst was the elevators in the building. Absolutely the worst. You had to wait for forever for the elevators to even arrive and then most of the time they were too full when they did arrive. Luckily we were on the 7th floor and took the stairs numerous times just to get out of the building. I don’t now what you would do if on the higher floors. This was the deal breaker. We would never stay here again because of this.

Great relaxing stay
Parking across the street and using the sky bridge makes getting there a breeze. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I always feel safe on the property. Great views of the gulf and lots of family fun available.

This condo is decorated so cute. It was all new and well taken care of. It was everything we wanted. We loved the free umbrella and chairs that were on the beach. The amenities were excellent. Convenient to some great restaurants and the pier.

Awesome Unit - Under-impressed by Condo Building
We just got back from our stay at this beautiful unit. It was clean, smelled clean even, and had everything in the listing. I don't know that the rug and carpet were vacuumed at all, or at least it certainly wasn't vacuumed well. Not a big deal - I just did it quickly myself. The beds were comfy. The view was great. It was nice to be on the 7th floor (good view, but not too far up - I'll explain why this matters later). The kitchen was huge. Plenty of seating at tables/bar. It did not have ANY condiments or other small things like salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc. I only note this because other condos we have stayed in did include a few small items like that (I suppose left behind by other guests). Overall - super lovely place to stay and it was the nicest, cleanest, biggest unit we've ever stayed in. It was a good location in terms of getting to things around town as well. Would recommend!! Now, on to the building itself. Construction was going on out front. The parking garage is directly on the road and not laid out well. The ground level smelled like sewer every day. And the elevators. Nope. Not good. We did stay during a very busy week in July. But, I asked several others if they'd been before to the building and if they had the same elevator experience. One was broken while we were there, which I'm sure added to it. Trick is - take the stairs down. And don't go at peak hours when going up! :)
