There's a lot packed into this classic and very comfy Panama City Beach condo! Guests can enjoy 11 community pools, sports courts including a free 18-hole putt-putt course, tennis courts and shuffleboard (all equipment for which are provided in the studio),  a fitness room, and private beach access with its own bathrooms and restaurant/snack bar. This gated community is an oasis of luxury! This second-floor condo includes a nicely-equipped full kitchen with a gas stove and a breakfast bar for two. This is in addition to a bistro table comfortable for two, a living area with a cable-equipped flat-screen TV, and a covered furnished balcony perfect for al fresco dining or just enjoying some fresh air off the Gulf.

Located within a short walking distance of the beach and a nearby shopping center, this gated community offers a fantastic home base for all your Panama City Beach adventures. Check out the owner's personal binder with their favorite stops and many family-friendly attractions such as WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and the M.B. Miller County Pier for superb fishing (all within a mile-and-a-half of your door). At the beach, you can splash in the warm Gulf waters, try your hand at parasailing or wave running, or simply grab the beach chairs to catch some rays or people watch.

Decent stay
The rental itself was nice. It definitely could’ve used a mop ran prior to being rented out. Socks turned black after walking across the floor the first night. Other than that, the stay went well. Beach equipment is provided by the property owner as well as cookware in the kitchen. I will say that communication with Vacasa throughout the week prior to our arrival was the worst I’ve experienced in my life. If it wasn’t for that, I’d stay here again.

Very small
This is very small. More so than I thought it would be honestly. The shower is so small that it was honestly difficult to wash or pick something up if you dropped it. Also the dryer does not work well. I had to dry the clothes multiple times (4) and eventually just gave up. There has to be something wrong with it.

Disappointed in PCB
I rented this property for my wife and a friend to stay in during our grandson's world series baseball tournament that was going on at PCB that week. Upon arrival, the key code pad was a bit difficult to operate, but that was overcome. Once inside, the ice trays had not been refilled, which was not a big deal. However, upon refilling them, some water spilled onto the floor, and when the water was cleaned up with some paper towels, the towels were black which suggested the floors had not been properly mopped in a while. There were dirty glasses that were left under the coffee table and the washing machine smelled of mildew and was very musty, which we cleaned with Lysol wipes. One of the biggest issues encountered was how to operate the shower, which was explained by a note on the door telling you to pull the knob straight out. Sounds simple enough, but it was extremely difficult to operate to the point that my wife had to walk to other condo units until she found someone at home. The gentleman who came to assist them with the shower even had trouble getting the shower to operate and even asked us if this was our unit, as the shower should not be this difficult to operate! The biggest issue they had was removing the sheets at checkout only to discover that someone had peed the bottom bunk and it had never been washed or cleaned up. We have the picture to verify this! Overall, the condo was furnished nicely and was a good location, but I would not recommend it or stay again.

Loved it!
My husband and I spent the weekend here and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The condo is centrally located, with restaurants and shopping conveniently close by! We drove a short distance for a day at the beach and enjoyed the pool, which was just a few steps from the condo! The condo is quiet, cozy, comfortable, and decorated perfectly! We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Only one snag
We couldn’t get the tv to work. So I plugged my laptop into it and just used my Hulu account. Called the first night hoping to have someone walk us through it or stop by but nobody ever contacted us.

Good location
Was an overall nice stay. Exterior of property is well taken care of. Parking is very convenient. Th unit itself is a bit dated, but was clean and easy to access. The carpet could use a good cleaning... or just replace with a solid surface floor. A dehumidifier would be helpful too. Bathroom shower hardware needs to be replaced, there's gunk or mold inside the faucet handle. Bed is very comfy, more so than most vacation rentals. Overall, recommend if you are looking for a less expensive stay in a good location.

Good location and nice size
Very nice and clean space, great location with just a quick walk out to the beach. Some things to note- there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for our 5 day stay, and there are utensils for cooking but no salt, pepper, anything like that. No beach towels either but there were beach chairs! Just some things to note when packing! Otherwise a great place to stay

Nice place to stay with family. Apartment is small, but comfortable. Great pools and mini golf, quite neighborhood. They charge extra even for small dogs(almost $180 for 7 days).

The studio is too small for a 6 weeks stay.
Not being able to check in until 4pm was very inconvenient. The rent was overpriced compared to other renters in 2 bedroom condos. Nice location and pool.

best place ever
I love this home. it was near to everything with walking distance. the beach and pool was fantastic. the only thing I suggest to the owner please clean the carpet. but the other thing was great. my family and I had a great time. definitely we are coming back next year. :)

Great location with beach access
The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. On site activities are excellent. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet, dog friendly and clean. Easy access to the beach. Gated community for your safety. I would stay here again if I could get a ground unit or a two bedroom. My brother and I are disabled and the stairs to the second floor unit were a challenge for me. This is a great place to stay. I would buy a unit if I could afford a second home.

Great resort community
This room was just as expected, except the tv has a corner where the backlight is going out. We didn’t mind that much as we liked going on walks and the beach 🙂 the wall bunk beds were cute and we loved the curtains for privacy! The queen bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on besides home. Loved that!

The area was beautiful and our unit was clean. The neighbors were nice as well .It was difficult to open the door at 1st because of the lock. Access to the beach is within walking distance.
