Beautiful Views
This condo is on the top floor right by the elevators for convenience. The views of the ocean are amazing and uninterrupted. Your stay comes with access to two beach chairs with umbrella, great perk. Nice place to stay for families.

Spring Break ‘24
My family and I had a wonderful vacation and this rental did not disappoint. It was clean, well stocked with what we needed, and the perfect place to call home on the beach. Sunrise Beach Resort was great. The location was perfect to get to anywhere on either end of the beach. We loved being able to walk to Sharky’s. The elevators were fast. The beach service was perfect.

Good Reviews
I have always said that 9/10 people would leave a bad review before leaving a good one. So I always try and make sure to leave an honest review and give credit where credit is due. This was a wonderful rental, it was clean, the bed was comfortable in the master bedroom, and it served its purpose for our group of 4. Some of the outlets in the master bedroom did not work but when I messaged them to let them know this they were very quick at responding that they would have someone look at this issue. I told them that for our stay it was not an issue but just wanted to make them aware. They handled the matter very appropriately and timely. The elevators were not an issue and the parking garage was not an issue either. It was also in a very good location. Side note unlike a lot of rentals that just have brooms or poor quality vacuums this rental actually has a great quality vacuum to get the sand up with after coming in from the beach which was fantastic!

Couldn’t have asked for more
Unbelievable customer service from Vacasa! There were emails, text messages, and even phone calls from them to ensure a smooth check in and to make sure our stay was ok. The contact info was also in the app and in the condo, as well as a Main office located in the building. If we needed anything they were on it. The condo and view was absolutely stunning. Already planning our next trip and it will definitely be through Vacasa.

Very nice place
Everything was great until the morning of checkout. Suppose to be out at 10 AM, while we were still getting our things together at 9:10 AM, a cleaning lady just unlocks the door and proceeds to walk in without knocking first. I told her we were getting our things together and we would be out in a few minutes so she left. In less than 5 minutes another cleaning lady comes and does the same exact thing, enters without knocking.

Great off season rental
This condo is well appointed and has modern updates. We enjoyed the views from the top floor balcony out over the gulf. Being the off season there was plenty of parking in the parking garage on-site. The building is well located near local attractions. The beach chair service was a great asset. We would definitely stay here again.

Top shelf on the top floor!
My family of 4 really enjoyed this condo on a 5 day visit. It was our first experience with Vacasa, and we would definitely return and vacation again with both. The condo was clean and well supplied with towels, wash clothes, hand towels. It's on the top floor (so great views), and the 4 elevators were fairly quick most of the time. The small fee for parking was worth it because we always found a convenient spot in the on-site garage-easy access to elevators. Vacasa's staff was available and excellent and was quick to address any small issues we had. Suggestions--Bring some plastic ware/paper plates unless you can run the dishwasher between meals because there's only enough utensils/plates/bowls for one large meal. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great view, but...
The condo is on the 25th floor with a great view of the gulf from the nicely sized balcony. This condo needs some serious deep cleaning and maintenance! We stayed for 7 days and each day we discovered the need for maintenance and repairs. Nearly all of the faucets drip, including the washing machine. The washer is in desperate need of replacement. The fridge and dishwasher were newer. All of the walls need a good scrubbing. Patch and painting. This place was so cute at one point, I’m sure of it! The mattress is a cheap foam version and gives minimal support. The light bulbs are all mismatched and make it look like the owners just don’t really care. The greatest let down was the way the kitchen was stocked. Or should I say lack of stock?! The two small baking sheets were from the dollar tree and rusted. The frying pan was missing the handle??? The drawers and cabinets were full of a mismatched array of dishes and silverware. The knives were too dull to cut a lemon. Now normally this wouldn’t really bother me, after all we are on vacation. But with Covid in mind, we were ordering in more and cooking our meals in the condo, so not having at least functional kitchen gear was a real drag. The hall bathroom has a serious water problem that could easily be solved by buying a shower curtain that actually fits the tub. Also the cabinets are chipped and drawers missing. In the end, we made the most of our time together, but I certainly expect more from Vacasa and am apprehensive about booking my travel clients in the future.

It did the job but it should’ve cost less for what I got
It was fine however the washer and dryer have an annoying squeak noises, the tv’s are completely outdated. One of the remotes had eroded batteries the tv channels weren’t clear, I had to go to purchase a fire stick on my vacation just for entertainment. Mattresses were really hard also, aside from that i guess the place got the job done..
