This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 14th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. Queen size bed in the master bedroom. Two twin beds in the second bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 6 chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

We enjoyed our stay! The property is not to big and very conveniently located on the beach. The pool area was nice and there is plenty of seating for non-swimmers.

Overall great stay! Clean and beautiful room, great view, great location. Fast elevators every time. Only complaint would be the beach chairs are seated absolutely too close and they are always driving a hole for the tents with a drill. Next time we will take our own chairs and sit away.

The condo was in a nice location and had a great view. The pools and hot tub were well maintained. The condo owner was nice and helpful. The built in community gas grills were a perk. We were minutes from Pier Park. The beach chair/umbrella service was probably our only negative experience. One boy was late with the chairs and acted inconvenienced when you asked him for anything. It was after noon before we got our umbrella one day. Next time, we will bring our own. Otherwise, would recommend this condo.

Amazing stay!
We had a great experience! The condo was very clean and well kept. The front desk staff was very friendly and check In was easy peasy. I wasn’t super fond of the location, I like being right in the middle of shops/things to do, like within walking distance and this was about 15/20 minutes from everything we did and everywhere we ate. An upside to that is that it was nice and quiet, we experienced minimal traffic and good parking. The pool, hot tub and pool deck were the cleanest I’ve seen at any resort I’ve stayed at in pcb. Elevators were quick and clean. We’d definitely stay in one of Helen’s properties again!

Perfect Location
The condo was perfect for my family of 5. Great location if you like to be away from the crowds. The master bed was really hard so we purchased a mattress pad for our stay and it helped a lot. The property owner was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this location.

Right on the beach, cute and comfortable!
Our group of 4 (Mom, Dad, Sister, and myself) were very comfortable during our stay. The dining room table on the balcony made for some awesome beach front breakfasts and dinners. We saw sharks, rays, and turtles while sipping coffee and the kitchen accommodated any cooking needs we had. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully come back soon!

This condo was great place to stay. The location is wonderful! We enjoyed the beach and the swimming pools. We saw stingrays, manatee, and sea turtles from the balcony. I would rate our stay a 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Amazing view, very cozy. Helen was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The only downside to this condo is that it wasn't as clean as expected. The kitchenware was dirty and so was the shower curtain in master bath. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Nice, but needs improvements
The property is nice. The beds were vert hard and uncomfortable. The unit was really lacking good cookware and kitchen utensils. The beach staff needs a lot of work. They are very slow and didn’t get umbrellas up until after 11am some days even though the hot sun was out long before that time. One day we didn’t get umbrellas at all. They said it was a “thunderstorm day”, but we never got any rain. They need to make a trip to Mirimar Beach to observe some great beach crews. The security crew is nice.

We loved this condo! Everything was clean and the location was just what we wanted! The beach wasn’t too crowded and we enjoyed being on that end of the beach away from the chaos! We would definitely stay here again! As a side note, Mike’s across the street was a great, local place to eat!
