This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 17th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King sized bed in the master bedroom. Queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

We had a long weekend at this condo. Condo had everything we needed. Couple cons: balcony furniture could use new cushions, master bed crinkled like there was a plastic cover (upgrade protection cover for adults) and this can’t be helped but parking is predominately across the street.

Excellent host, fantastic place! Couldn’t ask for anything more!
This was our second stay in Panama City this year, comparing this condo with our last one at the Aqua Resort at PCB, I have to say this one much far superior! Our condo was neat and clean, parking was easy to figure out, security and staff were professional and friendly, everything went smooth and as expected, we are super happy with our stay!

The condo was beautiful
We stayed in unit 1705 and it was beautiful. The condo had everything that we needed. The balcony is a nice size and we had Great views of the beach!!!! The only downside is parking. The parking garage is very convenient if you can find a parking spot. However the parking garage only has a one way in and one way out and no place for you to turn around( the levels do not connect) If there are no spots you have to try and turn around and with a big suv it was difficult at times. They do have parking across the street if the parking garage is full. All in all this condo was amazing. We had so much fun and we would definitely stay here again.

Much needed Stress free vacation.
As someone who had written off PCB several years ago, I can honestly say this place restored PCB to the vacation locations. The pictures do not do the place justice and you will be very surprised once you arrive, I know we were. The location is great and located far enough from the craziness but close enough to do all you wish to. The staff is amazing and they are always on the lookout for nonsense. This is truly a place for you and your family. The condo is very roomy and is very well appointed to accommodate our family of 6. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Just bring your clothes and food. The beach chairs and umbrella were included and was very no hassle. We will definitely be heading back here again.

Beautiful Property
This was an amazing condo. The view from the balcony would make you forget about any problems if there were any!! Had everything we needed, ample space and comfort. Both pools and the hot tub were great and being just steps from the beach was amazing. I loved the fact the chairs were included bc the kids kept wanting to go back to the pools and I didn’t feel obligated to stay at the ocean everyday bc we paid for chairs. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great location, beautiful condo, super host - wonderful overall!
One of the best stays at PCB! The condo was very clean and provided everything for a comfortable stay. Excellent location, close to the grocery store, restaurants, and the Pier Park. We loved the huge balcony and the views! Thank you to the host for accommodating our needs and for an excellent communication! We will definitely stay here again!

PCB Family Vacation
Helen Phillips is awesome to rent from. The property was very nice! It was very clean and up to date. The kitchen had the bare minimum when it came to utensils and gadgets, but we were able to make do. I will definitely consider renting from Helen again if we plan another trip to PCB.

We stayed here for rally week and I couldn't be happier with our choice. The check in process was simple and quick. Once we walked into the condo, I was in amazement. The pictures on the site does not do this place justice. I would highly recommend staying here. Any questions were quickly answered by the owner. Overall I would give my stay 10 out of 10 stars!

Last minute trip
We decided to go at the last minute on Christmas Eve with a check on the 26th. Working with Helen was great, only needed to communicate once as the Wi-Fi password did not work. She responded within 10 minutes with the correct password. We are considering booking for next year

Overall great property!
This condo was perfect for my family and I and we had such an amazing time. There were a few issues with furniture being wobbly or near-breaking but we were just careful with them and no issues. Beautiful place!

We loved this property! This was our first time visiting PCB and we will definitely be back and probably rent this same condo again! We had everything we needed. I was worried about the elevators where we were located on the 17th floor but we never waited for longer then 2 minutes if that . Owner was very friendly and very fast to respond

This is visit 4 for Emerald Isle. Helen is wonderful and very responsive to any questions. It was nice to have the beach chairs included. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves at the beach . The amenities list was accurate. There is carpet in the dining and living area. We had a great time.
