This beautifully decorated condo with two master bedrooms two full bath, plus a QUEEN sized bunk area including flat screen TV's in both the bottom and top bunk. Plenty of sleeping options with 5 queen beds and one king bed total. Located on the twentieth floor it has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a corner unit, with a wrap around terrace off the living room and master bedroom, it overlooks the Gulf with magnificent sunset views. The 2nd bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the bay and PierPark.
Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.
Furnished by a professional designer, this Aqua condominium will provide a memorable vacation for you and your family!

Includes FREE seasonal beach service 4 padded lounge chairs (4 chairs total) and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

AQUA is a unique resort, direct beach front with everything you need for ALL of your guests to have a wonderful vacation. All water sport rentals, such as pontoon and jet ski rentals are nearby. You also have:

We had an amazing time. The condo was exactly what we wanted. It was spacious, decorated beautifully. The only down side was the construction going on at the Aqua. We would definitely stay again.

This was by far the best condo I have rented. Beautiful place, reasonable price and all the extras were amazing. Beach chairs, gear, games, anything you needed they had it. EXCELLENT location also. We had such a wonderful time ❤️

Great stay
This condo was so nice, it looked just like the photos on the website. We have never stayed at the aqua before, but we will definitely be back. We had plenty of space and rooms in our condo, plus our view was fantastic, the pools/hot tub was super nice along with the store downstairs. Needless to say I would love to stay at this condo again. We had a wonderful vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We encountered a strong smell in master bedroom and bathroom, could not use while we were there; emerald service very very poor , we had no issue was not very clean either. Also the front door doesn't seal well because it was a consistent noise coming from wind blowing or noise outside.

Loved everything about this property and the condo. The views were amazing and Aqua is perfectly located to enjoy Pier Park. Kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint is the wind noise around the door during high winds. However, this didn’t affect our stay.

Great space for a family
Loved the style and amenities of this condo. Plenty of blankets, towels, and great sleeping space. An end unit with big outdoor balcony and nice chairs. You will love watching the sunset here! The elimination of going to pick up a key or check in/out, since it's a keypad is super nice and convenient. This is a fabulous location in the area and the Aqua has nice pools and amenities. Suggestion - needs new knives, they are all very dull, otherwise it was well stocked. There is not alot of surface space - as it's filled with decor. It's nice, but needed a few more flat surfaces to unpack our things.

Disappointed in lack of communication
We had NO balcony access at all during our stay- under construction. This was NOT disclosed to us ahead of time. I sent two separate emails and then also called. Nothing has been done. We were woken up multiple days to men working on our balcony very noisily with sanding and drilling etc. very disappointed that we paid high money for a beach hotel with balcony and no access to it. We normally spend a lot of time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Watching sunset, listening to ocean, pictures. We could not do any of this 😢. It’s even more frustrating that no communication from the property manager for the whole week.

Easy!
We had an easy experience. The parking pass and pool bracelets were ready in the condo when we arrived. The condo was just as described. It was clean and had plenty of room. The pools were nice, and there was easy access to the beach. Elevators were fast! Everything about our stay was great!

We have stayed at various condos all along the PCB area for over 20 yrs. This was our first at Aqua. The complex is great and this unit was first class! The floor plan worked very well. Not only was the kitchen well stocked but the closet with beach supplies had everything we needed even chairs and umbrellas that we used after the beach service took the chairs late in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

Spring break
We had a great time. We had a couple issues that were dealt with. One thing to be aware of is you can’t get into shower before turning it on. It will spray out the door getting in if you do. We had a wet spot on arrival that we had to put towels down between bathroom and bedroom to absorb the water. Bedroom carpets could use a cleaning. Overall a very nice unit. Views are spectacular.

Unit clean and nice decor. The only issues we had were, the dryer didn’t work and the weather stripping on front door was gone. It was very windy and it caused a loud roaring sound thru the condo, had to use beach towels to quiet it down. With those maintenance issues resolved Would like to come back

Breathtaking place to live away from home. the view on a balcony looking out at the beach and the sunrise in the morning and the moon set in the evening is so beautiful and breathtaking. the condom was very very clean. Set up in the condo is beautiful. it's a place if you were going with family, couple, or single person you would enjoy this place. It was times I did not want to leave the condo and just sit in the balcony. There are other service that's available on site for gas besides those two swimming pools the gym the snake bar and of course the beach the condo is full of types of Beach items that you can take on the beach that you may want to use. You have your own beach chairs and umbrella compliment daily. Easy access in and out of the condo no have to wait on long. Time to go up and down the elevator everyone is pleasant there all the workers people that operate the condo are so pleasant I attend Panama City every year for five to six nights and I this was my first time staying here but I will be going back again and I will be staying at this place. And I am kind of all over my friends and family of this place and location.

Just Ok
There were a few minor issues that could easily be resolved. First the master bathroom shower was stopped up. My husband found a plunger and fixed that issue. The second bathroom shower is extremely small for the humongous shower head. When you turn on the shower the water comes out on the floor. The rug in the living room was very dirty. There’s a wall that blocks your view which was disappointing. In the past, I’ve stayed at Calypso which is next door but decided to give Aqua a try. It’s unlikely I will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as it was shown in the photos, but photos do not tell everything. There is quite a wind whistle noise from the door. Also it would be nice to have an inside lock on it. The main furniture is nice looking but the cushions are so worn that you need to sit on a couple of pillows so your butt doesn't hit the floor. Also the bed covering is extremely heavy and stained. It seems like it is a packing blanket that movers use. As for the facility itself, the outdoor pool was closed since painting and repairs were being done. One last thing to watch for...the last step coming up from the beach has dropped about 1 1/2 inches on the left side. 2 of my visiting grandchildren and myself caught our toe on it and tumbled into the back railing.

Perfect Decor!
Unit was perfect for our group of multiple baseball families. Decor was gorgeous and very well thought out. Bunk room was a hit with the kids. Pleasantly surprised at how large the bunk beds were. Double room was a bit deceiving by the pics online as it looks as if it is an oceanfront room as well when actually it is a street view. Would not deter us from renting again however. Only complaint was bathrooms: Main bath had a molded shower curtain as well as mold in and around tub. Guest bath had mold in shower. Walls in kitchen were quite dirty around trash can and high traffic. Something that could easily be fixed by cleaning crew. Even with small complaints we will for sure book this unit again. Thank you for a great week of baseball at the beach!
