Majestic Beach Towers 1-1213 is a stunning 1 bedroom 1 bath Gulf Front condo that offers 12th floor breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed in the master suite, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf, and a washer/dryer for your convenience you won’t want to leave. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts, spa and health club and a deli market with a Starbucks. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.*

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. Majestic Resort Tower 1-1213
Very impressive! This was my first time using VRBO and I was very pleased with the experience. The property itself was very nice, clean and well-equipped. The resort facilities were also very nice to include the restaurant and coffee shop/convenience store which had just about anything you may forget to bring with you! Lastly, the beach is amazing! Very clean with beautiful, white sugar sand. Overall: Excellent!

We brought our 9 month old to the beach for the first time. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pools. The rental unit was great! Very clean and just what we needed. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend. I’m sure we’ll be back! Thanks!

Our stay overall was decent. The location was great, safe and the views were beautiful. This little place has everything you need for your stay as far as the unit. We didn’t use any of the amenities on the property. We brought our own throw away kitchen supplies and our own pans to cook with, but it appeared to have anything needed. The TV had plenty of options and the couch was comfortable. When we reached out to the host, we received responses for anything and they were super nice. There was a couple of things that would potentially deter us from staying in the future. The cleanliness of the unit was okay. The bathtub was really dirty, the shower curtain has black spots on it and needs a really good cleaning. The tub was hard for the elderly individuals to get in and out of as it is a jacuzzi style tub. The bed in the bedroom is awful. It is super hard and uncomfortable. The closet had paint buckets and flooring in it as well as under the bed. We could hear the traffic outdoors all night long and the elevators whizzing up and down (they’re quick)! The fan in the bedroom squeaks all night as well. We didn’t really sleep the best. We did not notify the host of these concerns as there wasn’t really anything that could be done about it. We chose to clean ourselves and they can’t really control the outdoor noise. Overall, if the mattress was replaced, there was a good deep cleaning and the fan was fixed, we would likely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location on the beach. Friendly staff—they kept communication from booking until departure. Parking was convenient. Never saw any areas that were not clean. We had everything we needed. We did purchase our own beach chairs and umbrella, our condo didn’t come with any which we knew ahead of time and felt like the rentals were pricey.

Overall we enjoyed our time at the beach for the most part & the condo was okay but I would not stay here again. I did have an issue and realjoy responded promptly. The condo is as pictured. It needs an update on the cookware, towels, & linens. The cookware that is provided is very thin and burns food easily. There is only one blanket available for the pullout couch bed and bed. We had to buy more blankets as well. It would be beneficial to have a slow cooker available for guests. I ended up just buying one and bringing it home. The complex overall was not my favorite. It stormed one day and they closed all pools (even the inside ones). I understand the outside being closed for lightening but I don’t understand why the inside pool had to be closed as well. The employees could not give me a reason. They just said it was “up to security”, so the kids did not get to swim or play on the beach the last day we were there and they were upset all day. I did not like having to park across the street and walk across the sky walk or road to get to the condos. It took a lot of time going back and forth with kids to unload our things, bring carts to and from the luggage area, to get to our vehicle to go places, & to load our vehicle back up. Also our stay our neighbors smoked (cigarettes and weed) which we could smell INSIDE of our condo at times and prevented us from enjoying the balcony most of our stay, which was a bummer because the kids enjoyed the few times they did get to go out.

We had a really amazing stay . We had everything we needed and it was clean. We love the ocean view ! Lots of nice restaurants around was a plus .. also the management of the property was very responsive and friendly . The only inconvenient was the fact the tv in the room wasn't working and even after they came check out it still don't resolve the Tv cable issue :( but other than that everything was perfect !

Great condo!
We had a wonderful stay in the condo. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. We love being right on the ocean! We brought our own beach chairs and grabbed an umbrella at Walmart down the street. Perfect! Several nice restaurants nearby and an outlet mall within an hour drive. On one of the cooler days we got up early and drove to Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels. What a great vacation!
