Ideally situated near Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, spend your days exploring a different beach every day, a different restaurant every night, and making memories to last a lifetime!

382 Grande Pointe Circle is a gorgeous three-story contemporary home with four bedrooms and three and a half baths accommodating up to fourteen. Hard-wood floors, decorative finishes, and an array of windows scattered throughout bring plenty of natural light into the expansive living/dining space. The kitchen will undoubtedly be a gathering spot with stainless steel appliances, a cooktop stove, and a large island, perfect for entertaining. Gather around the dining table for some family fun, or unwind in the living room while taking in the views. Step out on the balcony for a glass of wine before dinner, then settle in for the night in the master suite with a king-sized bed and private balcony access. You’ll find three additional suites, one with a king-sized bed, one with a queen-sized bed, and a third with two twin bunks with trundles, perfect for the kids in your group. You can also have some friendly competition or entertain the kids for hours on the multi-use game table. A built in fire pit in the yard will offer a great spot to enjoy great conversations or a few cocktails while grilling out your favorite meals. A separate laundry room makes beach cleanups quick and easy, and an EV charger outlet is also available for your use during your stay.

Take a dip in the oversized community pool, explore Lake Powell by kayak, or launch a paddleboard at the community dock. Ideally situated just off of 30A, you’ll be just a short bike ride away from the many shops, farmer’s markets, and restaurants that make this area so popular all year long!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
