Exceptional views through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors in both the Great Room and Master Bedroom are amazing from Sunrise to Sunset! You can relax in chairs on the 25' wide private balcony and watch dolphins, sting rays or friends/family members on the beach.

Location, Location, Location!!!
Calypso Resort & Towers is the ONLY Condo complex in Panama City Beach that is right across the street from Pier Park, which offers a large variety of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment! A short walk down the beach you will find Russell-Fields Pier with the best views of the Gulf of Mexico. Restaurants, shops and fishing entertainment at your leisure!

Recent updates to the condo include a new queen sleeper sofa, Updated decorations, HIspeed WiFi service, and more!!!

Calypso is near shops, fun, and grocery stores. Feel free to make your own meals in the condo's fully furnished kitchen. All dishware, silverware, pots/pans and serving/cooking utensils are included for your use.

Next to Calypso is City Pier (4th of July fireworks are launched from this pier). Sit on the private condo balcony for a fantastic view with front row seating.

Calypso Resort offers many onsite amenities:
• Two gorgeous gulf-front pools (1 is heated Nov-Mar)
• Seasonal outdoor Tiki-bar for refreshments
• Fantastic white sandy beach loaded with activities: Wave Runner Rentals, Banana Boat Rides, Para-sailing and Beach Chair Rentals for those in relaxation mode

Perfect location and condo
This condo was on the 10th floor (right next to the elevator) with a great view of the water. Very clean with a giant bathroom. We loved being able to walk to the pier and plenty of restaurants. Tiki bar and two pools was a great plus.

The unit was as advertised, very nice kitchen, living, and bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The laundry is a plus, as was the beach lounges and umbrella. I would recommend this unit to anyone would has a small family.

We had a very relaxing time and the view from the condo was awesome.
The condo was clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Everything was as described. I loved that it was right near the elevator so we didn't have to walk far with our bags and groceries. One would think that it would be noisy near the elevator but we didn't hear a thing! Would love to stay again on our next visit.

Condo is Exactly as seen in the pictures. Elevators at the resort were quick, no long waiting times. Location is excellent, actually less than a block away from Pier Park where there is entertainment, family activities, restaurants and shopping. The view from the condo is amazing. Owner was exceptional to communicate with and was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had! Thanks for a quick little getaway! We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with everything. Room was perfect (just couldn't find the ironing board) LOL
We were very pleased with the room. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. Love being on the 10th floor (I don't like to be real high up), so that was perfect. Owner of Condo was awesome in helping me Thursday night, the night we arrived, because at 9:30pm there was a tornado warning just west of us and I was panicking to say the least and he text with me back and forth until the storm headed away from us. That really meant a lot to me - even though my husband was "cool as a cucumber" during all that! LOL. Warren Beach Rentals are the greatest to rent from! We've rented from them for years and the rooms are always great!

It was okay
My daughter and I had a good time. It’s really not my type of place. I don’t like having to use the elevator that much just to get somewhere. The place is due for an upgrade. If it had a remodel there would have been a lot more space. The fan didn’t work and I couldn’t find the remote for 1 tv. It may have been there but didn’t see it. The bedding is very old including pillows. But all in all it was a quick vacay that we needed.

Wonderful Stay in Panama City Beach
We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom beach front condo in Panama City Beach that was exactly as advertised. The condo was updated and very clean with comfortable furniture. The view was awesome. Warren Beach Rentals were great to work with and very responsive to our questions. We will be back.

Take me back to PCB
We have vacationed in PCB several times over the years but this was the first time at Calypso, it didnt disapoint. We selected this location due to the close proximity to Pier Park although we did have concerns on how noisy it might be being the end of July, we never heard any noise whatsoever which was great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for two of us. The only recomendations I would suggest to the owner is to provide a few more coffee cups (only 2) and replace the ironing board which was broken, this didnt impact our vacation and we hope to return soon in the near future.
