"Stunning property with amazing gardens and view of the lake. Very good buffet breakfast and friendly/helpful staff. Only downside was the location (needed to get to tuktuks into the local village but these were cheap ($1 per person) and could be quickly booked by the hotel)."

"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame ..."

Nice place to visit with plenty of shopping, dining, sightseeing. Just be safe when traveling around and I wouldn’t suggest walking around the area (Outside of your resort/hotel) at night.
