"We arrived at the hotel after a 20hr journey quite tired and ready to have a little nap to get used to the time difference. However, after booking through Expedia, who we have used many times before with no issue, the hotel staff had no clue of our booking and tried to make us pay in cash again. I showed the hotel staff the booking and even showed them the credit card payment on my phone. They insisted on payment in cash which we were not going to pay. I suggested they phone Expedia wo find out...

Great hotel for a short stay in Colombo!

"Beautiful hotel, great service, very friendly staff! The pool was amazing and with a beautiful view. Hotel is fairly new so everything is still in great condition, hopefully it stays that way for years to come! Highly recommend this hotel! "

Great Stay at Mandarina Colombo

"We had a very comfortable stay at Mandarina Colombo! The team made the check-in process seamless and were very helpful throughout our visit, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was amazing at the top floor restaurant. The hotel itself is lovely, with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, as it’s located on a busy main street, be aware that the vehicle noise at night could be a bit of an inconvenience for light sleepers. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo!"
