Welcome to IndeblueBay. This home is a beautiful & relaxing waterfront home overlooking Ochlockonee Bay & the Gulf of Mexico. The views are open and endless as the home is located at the point where the bay meets the ocean. Enjoy watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset on the water from any of the 3 decks of the home.

This home is in a private, small gated community. Take a refreshing swim in the large, in ground pool. Play tennis, pickle ball or basketball on the court. Launch the kayaks & paddle boards from the floating dock located at the community marina. Take the golf cart for a fun ride down the road to Mashes Sands beach or to the famous Angelo’s restaurant.

IndeblueBay is a fisherman’s dream. Bring your own fishing gear and use our nets & crab trap included with the rental.

Exterior:
The master bedroom has a deck overlooking the water with seating.

The main level deck overlooks the water, has a BBQ grill & outdoor dining.

The ground level deck has chairs that surround a wood fire pit. Wood is included.

There is parking under the home for a small boat or vehicle. There is additional parking in the lot in front of the home.

Second Floor:
Master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV & private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A full bathroom is next to the second bedroom with a shower/tub combo.

Second bedroom has (2) queen size beds & smart TV.

Main Level:
Bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a foldable pack n’ play crib and foldable high chair in the closet.

Living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and chair with a large smart TV. We provide fun family games, books for reading & binoculars for viewing the sea life.

A half bathroom is in the hallway.

Dining room has seating for 6-8, kitchen bar seats 3.

The kitchen has modern appliances & is well stocked for cooking & serving meals. Coffee, tea, sugar & a spice rack are included.

Amazing place!
The place was absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean. It is so generous of them to allow us to use all the outdoor items too. The owner was very helpful and lightening quicj with our check in when we couldn’t get in. We are already booked to return on the 4th!

It is a wonderful quiet location for a family get together.
The property was clean and tidy and came equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The amenities were great fun from the fire pit with wood to the golf cart to the fishing rods. It's all there.

really nice townhome in a really nice small gated community. Balconies over the bay and next door to North Florida's best seafood restaurant. Communication was good and all the mechanics of getting in were super easy.

Hurricane Idalia
I know I would have given this property 5 stars all the way if we could have stayed however, my sister had to have surgery AND hurricane Idalia swept through this area shortly before our stay. The trip was fully refunded with no issues and we hope to stay here in the future. Since we live if Ft Myers we fully understand the devistation Idalia likely caused and our thoughts and prayers were with the owners and their neighbors.

It was an amazing experience staying at Indeblue Bay! The host was amazing and they offer so many amenities, including an electric vehicle, kayaks, pool toys and floats, fishing poles and much much more. They go above and beyond with the things they supply for you in the home. Where else do they greet you with a bottle of wine and provide coffee for your morning cup? The peace of the forgotten coast is a throwback to the Florida of 50 years ago. I highly recommend this beautiful townhome to anyone who wants to enjoy the peace of the water views of the Bay. We will definitely visit again.

Great family vacation
This is an awesome place for a getaway. Location is beautiful and peaceful. There is so much to do at the house or around the area with a short drive. Marshes sands beach isn't the typical beach... do not recommend. However, a short drive will get you to wakulla springs and St George's Island which we're both amazing. Everything at the property is in great condition. We loved our experience.

Loved how nice the home was. Loved the pool! And all the amenities at the house. Disappointed in the near by beach but we loved St.George Beach about 45 minute drive was worth it. Love the views from the house and being able to fish right in backyard. Relaxing vacation!

Beautiful condo on the bay with coffee with a pelican and evenings with full moon views! King and full size beds were very comfy. Some complaints about bunk mattresses but very good and quiet area for rest or play. Kitchen was stocked with basics and coffee too! I liked that there was ample detergents and bags and paper products! There is even a spice rack! Golf cart for about a 20 min ride to beach with beach chairs and umbrellas. We did not use kayaks or paddle boards. Next to Angelo’s restaurant which wasn’t in our budget but locals say it’s really good! Walmart and other shopping 20 min away. We did pick up… easy!! Bbq pit with propane provided. We drove to St George Island and Cape San Blas which were phenomenal beaches with State Parks so no condos or homes! Well worth the drive. We tried crabbing and fishing which there were many supplies and bait shops nearby. It was a very lovely condo with beautiful decor. And TV with all the platforms to log in each room. Pool and tennis court on property… Great stay! Easy check in and out just a bit early but got us on the road! McDonalds is close by for breakfast!! 😎 Beautiful and near so much… Book it!!

Absolutely Perfect
We had an amazing stay Memorial Day weekend. The condo was spotless and very well appointed. With over 20 VRBO stays under our belt, this was tied for first place. The location is fantastic, the view spectacular. The photos online do this place justice. All the neighbors were super nice too! Heather, the host, was readily available when we had questions. We met the cleaning crew on our way out and even they were super nice. I complimented them on their stellar work. I hope the forgotten coast stays sleepy a little longer. It was perfect! We WILL be back

We usually stay in the busy Destin area. But this location was a nice change as it is considerably less crowded. The property was as advertised, included stuff to keep the kids entertained, and was a short drive to the beach.

A Great Find!
The accommodations were excellent- super clean with many details to make you comfortable-well stocked kitchen, nice bath amenities and linens, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, pickle/tennis courts and a nice pool. Lots to do! We like to bike and it’s close to two bike trails and the beach. Quiet property with beautiful views from two balconies and patio. Owners are helpful and attentive if you have questions. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable home!
We enjoyed our stay at this townhome. Nicely appointed, decorated and clean. We caught a ton of catfish right off the backyard seawall, including a ha-uge Gafftopsail Catfish. We enjoyed a nice bike ride down the bike path to Mashes Sands beach. Bikes are literally brand new. We did not use the golf cart, because it was not accepting a full charge (30% -ish) so we didn't change it. I think it needs the lead acid batteries replaced. Oh well, maybe next time. We used the large cooler and fishing poles for our day trip to Saint George Island. We had a great meal at adjacent Angelo's Restaurant. Neighbors were friendly. Owner was SUPER receptive, Friendly and available. 👍. One evening, we saw some sweet lightning shows that were many miles away. We had a nice stay, wish we stayed longer. We would stay here again. If this listing is available. . . book it! You won't regret it!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, clean and lots to keep the kiddos busy. Highly suggest visiting St. George Island. It’s definitely worth the quick & scenic drive.
