"Nice property. Close to golf courses. Surrounding area a bit dead in the evening although it is late in the season. Apple TV didn’t work, but luckily I brought my one over! One set of towels looked well worn. Overall it was ok for golfers!"

"The villa had all the facilities we required. Lovely pool, comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The villa is well situated and you can walk to beaches and restuarants but a car is ideally needed for shopping and to explore the area. The only thing to mention is the villa would benefit from a few more sunbeds or softer seating in the pool area as the current ones are short in number and getting a little tired. But it was a wonderful holiday...

"The villa certainly did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and particularly loved the outdoor areas with the lovely pool, hot tub, wraparound terrace with 2 outdoor tables, a number of sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and BBQ. The games room provided plenty of entertainment too. A very quiet area with a cluster of villas in the vicinity but not so close as to disturb each other. Views across the surrounding farm land were great for sunsets. We arrived at 11pm and John/Joao...

"A fabulous family beach vacation in Matalascanas! The home is very spacious with several outdoor patios and/or open air dining areas by simply opening up the sliding doors. The home is right on the beach w/ a very private and secured entrance onto the boardwalk that takes you in less than 5-10 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the local supermarket. "Not complaining but giving true reflection: Close to golf coarse and reasonable accommodation. Close to town and beach. Wi-Fi not the best TV great if you speak Dutch/German Small Kitchen for one person but functional. Others complained of hard beds (upstairs.) Clean pool Quiet location Great barbecue. Only One official parking place - pointed out by neighbours as we had 2 cars. Would stay again"
