"Check in was easy and fast. Great customer service. We were relying on Lyft to get us around and Lyft left us stranded and the front desk staff was able to give me a phone number to a Private car company and we made it back safely. "

"Everything was good. Only thing I would recommend is that they offered cream rinse in the shower. I know it’s better for the planet and more cost effective for hotel but, maybe ask when checking in if you needed it and then give a small bottle. "

"This is our 4th stay with Stoney Creek and we've come back again because of the comfort. The staff is friendly, room are compact and comfortable, breakfast is okay. We haven't had time to use the pool but it looks very inviting. They have a small bar on site and serve some quicker food. "
