"We arrived a day late. Appartment was on the ground floor. We had to walk through a construction site to get there .when we arrived. There was a strange man in the apartment cleaning the bathroom his bedsheets in the washing machine. Remember this is one day into OUR booking. Next day power was out for 8 hrs so no AC in 34 degree heat When we opened the sliding doors to let air in dust from a bulldozer 20 metres away put dust through appartment. "While there are things about the property that could be improved, the one thing i cannot fault is the service. While we were staying there my mum fell ill and the staff were unfailingly compassionate in tending to her needs - fetching items from the pharmacy, arranging cabs, providing extra pillows and so on. Sid in particular was incredible and we were so grateful to him and his team for all their support. In addition, the properties are quiet and well-arranged, and only five minutes' walk from the beach. I highly recommend staying there; you will not regret it!"
