"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"We had a great time at Suite Sarandrea. The apartment is gorgeous, spotless, comfortable and quiet. The location is very good--walking distance to the Vatican Museums, and close to many small bars and grocery stores. Our only issue was the check in and check out process--Bruna (Massimo's mother) spent an hour checking us in and explaining unnecessary details about the suite for us. She also messaged us repeatedly before we arrived, confirming our flight and check in time, and was waiting for us...
