I liked that I could contact someone and they would respond quickly. They were very good about getting back to me and were helpful and nice. The rooms were what you would expect for the price. They were clean, bed was comfortable but the bathrooms were ok. Toliet didn’t flash well in one of the rooms, toliet paper holder was coming of cabinet, no cups for hot coffee in one of the rooms, an electrical socket was not attached to wall well and came away from way when I tried to use it. I didn’t like that there was no one on the property. I will not go back or refer to anyone

Did not walk into this reservation thinking I would be one to leave a raving review. I will say the room was very well put together. The vibe was like I was staying at a luxury property but all for a fraction of the luxury prices. There were complimentary cookies and bottled water when I checked in. I love that everything was online and only took 2-3 minutes to complete. The room itself was very clean the only downside I can mention is the size of the tub was pretty small. But that is not by any means something that should stop you from staying here. I wish I had known about Kasa before I booked another property previously because I would have stayed here for the entire trip. I will definitely be a return guest.

I had to stay here for business. I felt safe, it was quiet, and in a great location. The room is adorable and comfortable. It has everything you need. Check in/out process was simple and convenient. Very good price! I will be staying here again!

No hot water our entire stay and no front desk. Literally they don’t have a front desk. Had to call/ text chat with people clearly not in the states. Took so long to get ahold of them. Hotel pretty dirty as well.

Convenient, simple, professional, and homey.
Good stay - convenient, but by El Camino so a little noisy. The shampoo pump mechanism was not working, but i could open the shampoo up so all good. i got placed into an ADA room so the shower was not convenient for a person who stands for showers, but it worked out. some check in instructions were meant to be helpful - if i showed up earlier! i would definitely consider going here again.
