"My boyfriend and I spent one of our first trips together at this beautiful little cottage. Perfectly situated outside by a rolling creek, we enjoyed staying in, as well as exploring Colorado Springs. House was clean and had everything we needed. Food, activities and sightseeing are only 10-20 minutes away from the property. Hot tub was incredible and I truly couldn't have asked for a better VRBO! I hope we get to come back someday."

The place had everything you would need for a short stay, and we were so psyched to be able to cook our own food in the kitchen with all the utensils. "This is a small and quaint property located within walking distance of downtown Manitou. It is the perfect getaway from "city living" with a minimalist feel to it. The bed was a little smaller and firmer than I'd like but all else was great!"

"We only had a few days to visit due to our schedules being so busy. Our grandsons live in Colorado Springs, they’re the reason we visited. The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. Highly recommended!!"

"Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again. "
