This delightful 150 m2 house offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city.
As you enter the ground floor, you'll come across a bright dining space where guests can enjoy their meals together. On your right, you will find the first bedroom, which includes two single beds, a wardrobe to store your belongings and a complete bathroom. On the left side of the entrance is an ample living room with a comfortable sitting area, a TV and a small table. Here, guests can also find the kitchen, Which includes an oven, stove, microwave, washing machine and a dining table.
Going up the stairs, on your right side, you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and a complete bathroom with everything you'll need to freshen up. On the other side of the staircase is the third bedroom, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The last door of the hall is for the third bathroom. In front of the stairs, guests can access a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunlight.
Guests will find an extraordinary deck with a private pool at the back of the property. There is private outdoor parking inside the property.

Palmela Village combines contemporary architecture with a privileged location on the Lisbon coast. Located in an area of natural protection in the Greater Lisbon region, it is close to Palmela and less than 10 km from the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
