"Our family of eight (adults) enjoyed a delightful week at this beautiful villa. Everything about Vista Encanta was near perfect: four bedrooms with great views of the Pacific, the infinity pool; indoor and outdoor dining, AC to every room, complete kitchen and bar, total privacy.Our two cars (small SUVs) took us to great ATVing with Jungle ATV in Uvita, fishing with Tropic Fins at Puerto Jiminez, surfing with Bodhi Surf in Uvita, and a tour of Manuel Antonio National Park at Quepos. All were excellent.JP, from The Private Chef, prepared, served and cleaned-up a delicious New Years Eve meal that included the tuna we caught in the week.Numerous great restaurants are within a short drive. Conveniently, the best dining was at Citrus and Heliconia, in Ojochal. Try the Bakery in Uvita for fresh baked bread and pastries, plus breakfast and lunch in huge servings!We’ll be back!"

"It is a beautiful hotel. Large room with everything functional. The lobby is nice with a beautiful pool. Incredible views both from lobby and room. But the thing that made this hotel stand out was the amazing service. I had a couple of issues because I biked there and the staff did everything they could to help me. Also, I ate at the restaurant and the food was made exactly as I asked and tasted great. Breakfast was very good. You will not be disappointed."

"This location was exactly what our family needed. The house was beautiful. It had a breathtaking ocean view and the natural wonders of the jungle. We saw toucans, Izzy the resident Iguana and a small tapir. We could hear howler monkeys all around in the mornings. Mark was on the spot communicating with us to make our arrival seamless. Rolando was a huge help checking. The recommendation provided by Mark were very helpful. The beaches are a short drive from the house. We had a relaxing week and look forward to visiting again. " My two grandchildren (ages 11 and 23) and I had an adventure of a lifetime. We felt we were experiencing the real Costa Rica with the horseback ride into the hills, snorkeling off Cano Island with the turtles, viewing humpback whales, picking up sand dollars off the nearby beach, quietly exploring the maze of mangrove swamps, and drinking from a freshly-cut coconut on Jose’s fruit farm. We were able to get by with our very minimal Spanish. After our excursions, it was a delight to return to the house and “chill” while Dolly cooked our exquisite dinners. Everything was fresh and we usually had leftovers for the next day. My area was the upstairs and the kids had the downstairs. Ruben and his wife helped with getting us to places, cleaning, and laundry. Everybody associated with this villa was very kind and you had no worries. My grandchildren still talk about the trip. This region is so lush with flora and fauna. Yes, we saw monkeys and sloths in the nearby area. We highly recommend the Casa Rio Sierpe! It’s more than lodging; it’s an immersive cultural experience. "No words can describe the beauty and peacefulness of this property. The grounds are spectacular and our room was gorgeous overlooking the ocean and sunsets. Upon our arrival we were greeted with refreshing beverages and brought to our room where we saw Toucans and Parrots . In our two day visit we saw monkeys and frogs and lots of butterflies! It was so hard to leave. The entire staff was so kind and friendly and helpful. It was the highlight of our 10day Costa Rican vacation. We will definitely return again. . "
