"Very dirty (toilets not clean, hair on the bathroom floor, traces of toothpaste on the mirrors, floor not mopped). No one was attending the reception desk during business hours, had to call someone to check me in. "

"Great property at a good location! Big apartment that was clean and well taken care of with access to shared pool and lounge facilities, along with private entry into the ocean. Staff were very helpful when needed. Wi-Fi was not the strongest if more than 1-2 people using it. Overall would recommend and would come back!"

"Nice apartment for the price. Ashvin and his wife are very pleasant people. The lady housekeeper was very nice also. Walkable to the big mall and food court and walkable to the beach and bus line to other beaches. All in all a very enjoyable stay."

"The apartment itself is really nicely furnished and the restaurant is good. Value for money is good A few remarks despite (1) NOT a Kids-friendly place (the pool is too deep, no sidewalks anywhere around) (2) The area is dead, there is no chance to walk anywhere (3) NO AirCon in the appt (only in the bedroom) (4) we had mould in 1 bathroom, unacceptable "

"Great apartment, nice pool, and lush grounds. Love the fact that it's about five minutes' drive from La Croisette Mall. Too bad dryer wasn't working and resort didn't send anyone to check even after requesting."

"Ie logement n'était pas disponible a mon arrivée. Nous avons chercher d'autres solutions pour nius heberger. Jai essayé de vous contacter plusieurs fois sans succès pour signaler l'absence de chambres d'hôtel. Et pourtant j'ai eu Madame Christiane 2 fois au téléphone pour confirmer notre arrivée, preciser nos besoins et organiser le transfert aeropot hotel. Je ne lai jamais rencontré durant mon sejour. Elle n'a pas pris contact pour savoir comment on a pu se loger. "

"I like the apartment it was clean and the owner was nice and helpful but the downside is that there is lots of noise dog barking and the birds noise in the night that's the only downside other wise this apartment is very good to staying "

"La villa est très bien placée, à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage. Il faut une voiture car il n'y a aucun commerce et restauration accessibles à pied à proximité. La maison est grande mais n'a rien d'une villa de rêve : manque d'entretien général. C'est dommage car il suffirait de quelques petits travaux et nouvelle décoration pour la rendre plus agréable à vivre. Il faudrait la traiter également contre les cafards. Nous n'avons eu aucun accueil, ni de contact avec le propriétaire durant...

"We only stayed for one night in transit on our way home to the U.S. as it was close to the airport, but we were very impressed with this property. The hotel was modern and the rooms were very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the small but well equipped gym and the lunch buffet was excellent; it was one of the best and most affordable meals that we had during our vacation. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
