Villa Santander - with private swimming pool

Fantastic villa in Arenal with private pool, located in a quiet and residential area but only 5 minutes walk from the tourist spot par excellence of the island, with the ideal combination of beaches, promenades, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday with family or friends.

Outside the house there is a wonderful swimming pool and a huge garden, fully furnished and with sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing, reading a book or simply enjoying good company. You will also find outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy and make every summer afternoon a pleasure. Inside, a large window gives access to the spacious living room, with comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration. The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped and at your disposal.
The 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. Free wifi is available. This villa is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.

Public transport: less than 500 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in only 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has heating in all rooms. However, it does not have air conditioning, so the necessary fans will be provided to the guests.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Nice villa
We were very satisfied about the villa. Lots of space and the rooms are very nice. The villa is situated in a quiet place. The only negative thing was the tennis court next to the villa. Early in the morning you will hear the tennis players hitting the ball. All over was the price quality of the villa very good. No comments

Great Stay
Our party stayed in the villa for the month of March. The property was beautiful and very spacious. The common living areas were perfect for the amount of people living in the house. Just a short walk up from the beach, the house was in a great location while also being fairly quiet. We would definitely recommend the spot and would rebook again for revisits to Palma. The only issues we ran into during our stay was that the fridge was a little small for the 8 people we had staying in the house, and some of the shared bedrooms were a little bit cramped to be shared between adults. Other than that we all had a fantastic stay and would recommend staying here!

Very nice and secluded, but needs and upgrade
Really great location on a quiet street, but not far from the beach and restaurants -about 10 min walk-. The house is really great, but the outdoor furniture need an upgrade, it is tired and not matching, there are also a lot of dead plants on tha deck that brings down the impression. It could be GREAT if the invested some money in new outdoor furniture and fixed it up a bit. Would still recommend this house. The company we rented from were excellent and got us extra sunbeds, food on arrival and were really service minded. No comments

Fantastic location and great for a large group
Stayed for a long weekend with a large group -12 people- and could not have asked for a better place to stay. - Host was very friendly and had provided some drinks for us already chilled on arrival. - The grounds are spacious and nice to relax in -especially the sun loungers around the pool area-. - The pool was clean and larger than expected, although it's not big enough to properly swim in. - The sun terrace is great for relaxing in the sun -or shade of the house-, although the plastic patio chairs could be improved. The best thing is the location as the villa is in a quiet street, but just a short walk from bars and restaurants as well as the enormous beach For the price, you couldn't get a better villa -and I looked through a lot before selecting this one-. No comments

La villa sin duda fue un completo acierto . Un jardín enorme y una terraza junto al salón donde se puede estar tranquilamente durante el día o por la noche sin hacer mucho ruido . Es un barrio muy tranquilo y lo mejor fue el trato recibido por la agencia , muy simpáticos y siempre atento . La casa por dentro es perfecta ya que hay hueco para todos sin problema . - Die Kaffeemaschine ein sehr billiges Produkt und ist nicht in Ordnung. Die Pumpe scheint fehlerhaft zu sein. - Das Wasser lief in den Duschen - nicht gut ab. - Die Außenbeleuchtung nicht. - Leider kam aus der Außendusche am Pool kein Wasser. Ansonsten war die Finca top. Lage, Geräumigkeit, Ausstattung. Der Service von PorticVillas ist super. Gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr eine Buchung über PorticVillas!

Gute Villa mit kleinen Macken aber TOP SERVICE vom Anbieter
Das Haus an sich ist e. Top-Objekt in e. sehr guten und ruhigen Lage m. riesengroßem Garten. Warum ich aber insg. „nur“ vier Sterne geben kann liegt an einigen kleineren Punkten: - das Haus könnte eine Klimaanlage vertragen, da man b. offenem Fenster dank d. unzähligen Mücken kaum schlafen kann. Dazu kommt e. Geruch v. einem Baum hinter d. Haus, d. zumindest gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. - Durch d. vielen Nadelbäume auf u. um dem Grundstück ist d. Pool nahezu jedes Mal vor Benutzung zu reinigen, dass d. Poolboy alle zwei Tage kommt reicht leider nicht aus. - In allen Badezimmern muss man vorsichtig duschen, wenn man danach nicht lauter Pfützen haben will. Dadurch entsteht leider schnell Schimmel. - Elektrogeräte und Küche allgemein könnten f. d. Preis, den das Haus kostet definitiv moderner sein oder mal ausgetauscht werden. Summa summarum würde ich hierfür als Gesamteindruck 3 Sterne geben. Man muss aber auch d. Team v. Portic Villas ein riesen Kompliment machen, was d. Kommunikation und d. Service angeht. Wir haben bspw. ein paar kleinere Sachen um 12:36 Uhr per WhatsApp moniert, keine 2 Stunden später war alles was auf die Schnelle zu beheben war gerichtet oder entfernt u. der/die Mitarbeiter war schon wieder weg. Ein weiteres absolutes Plus von Portic Villas ist die freundlichen u. zuvorkommende Art d. Kommunikation u. wie die Gäste behandelt werden. Sie versuchen es einem absolut immer (auch am Wochenende) schnellstmöglich recht zu machen u. kümmern sich um das Wohlbefinden d. Gäste. Warum ich dann letztendlich 4 Sterne gebe, trotz der oben geschriebenen Punkte ist, dass Portic Villas von sich aus auf unseren späten Rückflug (21 Uhr) aufmerksam wurde u. uns (auch auf Grund der Unannehmlichkeiten) kostenlos bis 18 Uhr i. d. Villa bleiben ließ. Das hat uns jede Menge Stress u. auch ein paar Euros gespart, dafür u. f. d.q exzellenten Service sind wir sehr dankbar. On top gibt es pro Aufenthalt einen kostenlosen 20L Wasserspender, wo man jederzeit gekühltes Trinkwasser zapfen kann. Für uns perfekt war auch der Service, dass ohne es vorher zu bestellen, von Portic Villas 10 Packungen Bier für einen sehr guten Preis von jeweils 10 Euro angeboten wurden, das hat uns auch den ein oder anderen Weg zum Supermarkt gespart. Ein zusätzlicher Punkt ist auch d. schnelle Abrechnung, bereits 3 Tage n. d. Rückkehr hatte ich die Kaution zurück auf meinem Konto. Also absolute Empfehlung, Portic Villas denkt über eine Klimaanlage im Haus nach! ;-) LG

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa. Les extérieurs sont agréables, la plage est proche et les commerces à proximité. Cependant, plusieurs points sont à souligner: - Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la villa était très propre mais le nettoyage des extérieurs laissaient à désirer mégots de cigarettes autour de la piscine, des bouteilles de bière vides dans le jardin, la piscine n’était pas correctement nettoyée - Pendant le séjour nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de rencontrer plusieurs cafard à l’intérieur de la maison - À la fin du séjour, le propriétaire nous a facturé 1 bidon d’eau et 2 packs de bière, alors que nous ne les avions pas utilisé. Heureusement que nous avions fait des photos pour prouver que nous avions raison. - Nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup d’eau chaude durant le séjour. Pour une villa de 12 personnes, plusieurs se sont lavés à l’eau froide. Nous sommes satisfait de la villa dans l’ensemble. Nous recommandons l’endroit qui est très sympa et calme, mais il faut rester vigilant. -

What an amazing villa and experience
Perfect location! We were with a group of 12 and it was amazing. Communication is quick and very helpfull. The swimming pool shower didnt work and we had a day of cold showers in the house but that resolved itself afterwards. Amazing 5 days spend there. -

Besten Dank für die Villa. Und das Willkommensgeschenk mit dem Bier.
Die Villa verspricht alles wie beschrieben. Das Wlan reicht bis zum Pool und dass obwohl der Garten riesig ist. Man wird freundlich mit lecker Bierchen im Kühlschrank empfangen. Einzig die harten Vorschriften über die Verhaltensreglen und Verbote, die an der Eingangstüre montiert sind, mindern die Gastfreundschaft. Ameisen und Kakerlaken helfen fleissig in der Küche mit, sodass es keine Essensresten mehr gibt. Ihnen scheint die ernorme Innentemperatur weniger den Appetit zu verschlagen als uns. Nebst diesen kleinen Auffälligkeiten waren wir als Gruppe sehr zufrieden. -

Nice house
We overall enjoyed our stay at Portic. The house was great for two families with children and the location quiet and felt safe in a culdesac. The garden area is quite large and fenced in. However, the house was certainly under supplied compared to most other air bnbs. We ended up purchasing several basic necessities that are normally provided at an Air BnB. The walk to the beach isn’t too far, nor are restaurants and shops, which was nice. The pool was a bit too cold for us to enjoy but still nice to have as an option for play and relaxation. There are a ton of bathrooms which was awesome, and several bedroom options. The bedding was fresh and everyone slept well. Overall a decent place to stay but not quite as awesome as I was expecting. -

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Der Garten ist idyllisch und man kann super entspannen, obwohl man nur 10Gehminuten vom Geschehen entfernt ist: 8-10 vom Strand / 10 Minuten vom Zentrum S‘arenal. Top! Das Gebäude ist etwas im die Jahre gekommen aber ok. -
