Son Binissalom - with private swimming pool

Beautiful finca located on the outskirts of Palma; just 15 kilometers from the center of the port of Palma. As you can see in the surroundings of the property and its surroundings, the land is delicately populated with almond trees, carob trees, orange trees, lemon trees, plum trees, medlar trees and a varied vegetation that makes it a place where peace and tranquility can be breathed. The villa, being on a small hill, allows you to enjoy the views of the Bay of Palma and the mountains from the terrace and pool.

This fantastic villa consists of a first floor and an upper floor. It has the common areas of the living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and eight bedrooms. The three bathrooms are completely renovated.

Outside there is a huge swimming pool with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains. Around the house you will find the manicured gardens and ample space to play, stroll and sunbathe. The huge plot of land allows for a private walk of more than 2 kilometers. Also, outside you will find a barbecue, completing everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

This farm is designed to enjoy a quiet and rural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and with the maximum comfort to relax with family or friends.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the necessary fans. There is also no heating.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Location ist etwas mehr im Landesinneren gelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen :)

Gute Finca mit wundervollem Ausblick
Die Finca selbst war ordentlich und sauber, leider lag bei Checkin jedoch ein toter Vogel im Wohnzimmer (vermutlich durch ein Fenster hereingeflogen und nicht wieder herausgefunden, kann passieren). Ohne Klimaanlage war es bei fast 40 Grad leider sehr warm in den Zimmern. Zudem haben wir einen klar gekennzeichneten Platz oder Container für den Müll vermisst, aber alles halb so wild. Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht. Ein schöner großer Pool, eine unfassbare Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang und auch an sonstigem Equipment war alles top. :)
