Staff were helpful and nice. The hotel was close to the beach, and far from the city and transportation was limited, so we had to take Uber every time. The restaurants were ok and the area was too busy. The pool was really small for the hotel!

Alle an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war groß und sogar mit Tageslichtbad. Lediglich die Dusche wirkte schon etwas mitgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Habe nicht viel erwartet aber wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Es gibt keinen Grund oder Anlass für ein Mängel oder eine Unannehmlichkeit. Ich bin schwer zu überzeugen aber dieses Hotel hat es geschafft. Nächster Urlaub auf Mallorca wird wieder hier verbracht. ( Info zu mir: 23 Jahre mit 2 Freunden da gewesen und den Ballermann unsicher gemacht) für eine Familie die mit ihren Kindern entspannt Urlaub machen möchte ist es also nicht zu empfehlen:)

Das Hotel war ansich sehr schön. Sehr großzügige Zimmer und auch der Pool war klein aber dafür war wenig los. Einziges großes Problem waren 2 der sonst sehr netten Angestellten. Es wurde empfohlen die Schlüssel tagsüber zwecks die nicht zu verlieren an der Rezeption zu hinterlege. Beim abholen kam erhebliche Probleme mit 2 der Angestellten. Diese waren unsympathisch und aggressiv. Der eine wollte sogar auf die Straße gehen und sich prügeln. Dies haben wir vor Ort der Managerin gemeldet. Der Rest des Personals war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.
