The dining area, open to the living room, seats eight. There’s even a small desk in case you need to get some work done. A wall of glass and sliders look out to the pool & lawn and has the quintessential Palm Springs mountain view!
The expansive covered patio off the living area has a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and lounge seating. The huge salt-water pool and spa face south, giving you sun all day long, and offering you the best spot to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.
Back inside, the large kitchen is an incredible homage to midcentury design, complete with St. Charles ‘desert beige’ metal cabinets, but has been updated to offer you all the conveniences you need. You’ll find newer appliances, a 6-burner range with griddle, tons of counter-space, warming drawers, wine fridge, and multiple sinks.
In the guest wing, the separate den/media room is a perfect spot to unwind with a book or watch tv on the large Smart TV.
The large primary bedroom offers a king bed, a couch, and smart TV. A slider provides gorgeous views of and direct access to the pool and spa. The en-suite bath features a large vanity with period finishes, shower, and separate tub. You’ll also find a large dressing area and a huge walk-in closet (with its own AC!).
The second bedroom is just down the hall and features a king bed and small desk. The hall guest bath includes a tiled tub/shower combo and fun midcentury detail. The third bedroom is just off the kitchen and features a queen bed. This bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower and is across the house from the other bedrooms, offering a nice separation for privacy.
For the ultimate in comfort and privacy, walk out the back door and across a lovely private courtyard and you’ll find the attached casita. This bedroom features a king bed, loveseat, Smart TV, beverage fridge and en-suite with walk-in shower. This is the perfect location for your weekend guests while in residence for Season.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
