When we checked in, we had a wonderful staff member that checked us in the rest of the ladies, including the manager were snarky and a tad rude. The beds were rock hard by the looks of things they haven’t dusted any of the dressers or nightstands they haven’t room in weeks the bathroom shower halfway leak out the top halfway leak out the showerhead the tub facet was detached from the wall. Just not a place I would ever go back too. I do have pictures

This is a wonderful hotel. It was clean and had a beautiful view, but what makes this hotel great is the staff. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The front desk lady, Lily is amazing! She deserves recognition. Plan your visit with this hotel, it is 5 star!

Room was very large - kitchen had all essentials. We went over Christmas days (12/20-25), we stayed five nights, but never received housekeeping. Upon request via text (cool!), we received additional towel and toilet paper roll immediately.

We stayed two nights for our winter family getaway; the facility is in very quiet residential area; this is an extremely clean, and nice hotel; hot breakfast in the morning really helps get the day going; the room is very spacious, larger than expected; we specially enjoyed the full kitchen in the room; we had a nice Christmas family meal in the room though we’re actually far away from home. Laundry without additional charges is another highlight, staffs were very helpful and courteous, we will definitely return.
