This home is in Sunrise Park, a lovely neighborhood in central Palm Springs, one mile east of downtown. Once downtown, you'll find a wealth of acclaimed restaurants, fantastic shops, art galleries, theaters, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon Drive. If you're a golfer, you can take your pick of world-class golf courses in the area; if you're a hiker, spend a day exploring Tahquitz Canyon, three miles west, and Indian Canyons, five miles south.
The 2,400-square-foot living space is full of beautiful details, including Spanish tile, graceful arches, and a built-in Kiva fireplace inspired by the southwest. The house-wide water softener ensures you'll be feeling refreshed each morning. Each evening, grill outside in the warm desert breeze, eat in the window-lined dining room, and tell stories beneath the stars around the outdoor firepit.
Things to Know
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
