Enjoy mountain views from the private backyard while lounging in or around the pool. Home sits on a large private lot within a quiet cul-de-sac, just minutes from golf courses, casinos, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.

Prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters & stainless steel appliances. Porcelain tile has been placed throughout the house. Enjoy the looks of travertine in each of the two bathrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with it's own flat-screen cable TV and ceiling fan. Wifi service included.

Sliding Door opens from the kitchen/dining room directly to an outdoor patio with a stainless natural gas grill - the perfect place for outdoor meals or just relaxing and taking in the panoramic mountain views.

Sliding Doors open from each bedroom to a large covered patio leading to the refreshing saltwater swimming pool & spa. This large fully private backyard has been beautifully planted in desertscape, mixed with plenty of color, and many palm trees for a resort like feel. Full sunshine at the pool throughout the day, as well as spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains.

The home was perfect for 2-4 people. Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time. The pool area was amazing and the neighborhood was great. Highly recommend!

The highlight for us was the fabulous back patio and pool. It felt private and protected. Home was exactly as described and felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was outlined in the "house binder" made life simple. Hopefully we will be back! Host was attentive and responsive.

Nice neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. Pool and spa were perfect for cooling off from the heat and just relaxing. Accommodations were great, everything we needed was available. We we skeptical when we saw where the property was located, but we were wrong! It was awesome in a great location. We absolutely loved our stay there and the owners were awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived rather late and didn’t feel like going out and were pleasantly surprised to find a stocked wine cooler which we helped ourselves to….messaged Chris the next day to see about any charge for the wine and he said no, that is was leftovers and we were welcome to it! Nice touch and we did leave a replacement bottle but Chris had said that wasn’t necessary. My wife spent a lot of time in the saltwater pool a jacuzzi and enjoyed the great assortment of desert plants, cacti etc…really nice landscaping. We also enjoyed the mountains view, especially the sunsets. I used the big BBQ most evenings. All in all very well appointed. We’ll be back!

Peaceful and rejuvenating
I love this little vacation house. Only an hour and a half from my busy life in Los Angeles. It is such a peaceful pleasure to stay here. It's clean, private, and most importantly very quiet. The salt water pool and jacuzzi makes it heaven for me. When I bring a friend we leave the property for dinners out. Wonderful restaurants in Palm Springs! Times that I have come here alone, I stock up the fridge with food from the local Albertsons ( the local market, its huge and has everything), and I don't leave the house. AHHHH... Total relaxation. Thank you to Chris for this little slice of 'rental heaven' in the desert. I will continue to look forward to my stays! Randi Weidman

Time for some TLC
While we weren’t expecting an updated home, we were disappointed with the condition of the bedding, towels, pillows etc. I think these things should be refreshed from time to time. The kitchen mat was very dirty. We were also surprised by how much of the home owner’s belongings cluttered all the he closets and cupboards. Being someone who likes organized spaces, I found this to be bothersome. The Dyson vacuum was left full of dirt, which also bothered me. We enjoyed the outdoor space, and our property manager, Chris, was quick to respond and get things looked after when we had a couple small issues. We also appreciated being able to bring our dogs, they too enjoyed the outdoor space! I think a bit of a refresh in this home is needed, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Just a few problems/suggestions
First off, we couldn't open the Lock Box to obtain the keys, all sliding doors on property were very hard to open/stick. Just needs some WD-40 in the track. Couldn't get 2 of the 3 T.V.'s to work. Followed detailed instructions in white notebook for living room T.V. but it still didn't work. Frustrating as we had no news, shows or music whole time while in house. Never found how to use jets in hot tub or turn on pool lights. Nothing about this listed in White Notebook. Overall, house was lovely and we enjoyed the pool very much.
