Better than new! Totally remodeled and expanded Midcentury Vacation Home Rental originally designed by starchitects Palmer and Krisel. Now nearly 2,800 square feet of Palm Springs decadence. Sprawling open concept floor plan. High vaulted ceilings. Walls of glass that let the light shine in - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property, no outdoor music or amplified sounds, Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or holes, tape (except painter tape) on walls. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of reservation with no refunds

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The home and furnishings are mid-century modern, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are stunning with lots of loungers for sunning. The team are friendly & easy to communicate with.

We truly enjoyed this property as a family. Beds comfortable, great kitchen well stocked with anything needed to cook up a feast. Living area outside was lovely, pool and fireplace area was large and if you needed to get out of the sun or have some peace and quiet separately from the main area there were nice seating areas. Perfect for our stay
We were in PS for the tennis tournament and house while further away from town than other rentals it was very convenient using a ride share. Neighborhood quiet. Amenities were great and very organized for our use

Wonderful Stay!
We loved our stay at this property! It was very spacious, welcoming, and clean. Jeremy/Rick were incredibly helpful prior to and during our stay. They were always available to answer any questions and even gave amazing recommendations for where to go in the area. The pool was fantastic and the kitchen had everything you would need to make a dinner in and cocktails. We were extremely happy with our time at the house! Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway
We had a wonderful time here. Great amenities. Bright and airy and super clean! Spent days lounging around the pool. Evening spa time. Too windy for firepit but it looked great. Kitchen was very well stocked with nice pots and tons of good plastic cups for outside use. Jeremy was perfect greeter. Very highly recommend this property! Thanks for the perfect vacation!

Fabulous, modern, and clean
We had a great time with 2 families and kids. Well-stocked kitchen and grill were nice to have. The mid-century interior decor gets you in the mood for Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. Location is convenient, 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This place fit all our needs for our sunny getaway!
