Better than new! Remodeled and expanded Midcentury Vacation Home Rental originally designed by starchitects Palmer and Krisel. Now nearly 2,800 square feet of Palm Springs decadence. Sprawling open-concept floor plan. High vaulted ceilings. Walls of glass that let the light shine in - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Property has 5 Bedrooms & 3 Baths. 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in the main house and a detached casita with a bedroom and bathroom. Great for extended families!

The fabulous resort-style pool yard has been created to relax in the Palm Springs sunshine. The huge heated (additional fee) inground swimming pool with an integrated waterfall spa is at the center of it all. The entire pool yard has been walled and gated for privacy. You’ll find spectacular mountain views, chaise lounges, shade umbrellas, alfresco dining, an outdoor cook area with hard-lined gas feed, and a built-in firepit lounge that seats 8-10 comfortably.

THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
Dive-In Palm Springs has been created as the ideal desert getaway focusing on easy, livable comfort. Gorgeous but not pretentious. Beautiful yet family-friendly. This is the type of home where you can put your feet up, relax, and enjoy a stress-free, worry-free vacation.

The interior living areas have been perfectly space-planned for spending time with your entire group or stealing away for some alone time to curl up with a good book. The open-concept floor plan is bright and happy. The oversized center island kitchen is perfect for individual or group meal prep. The interior dining easily fits 8-10 guests. The two-story living room reveals the fabulous pool yard and mountain views.

THE SLEEPING QUARTERS
There are 4 bedrooms in the main house plus a 5th detached casita bedroom with its own bathroom. All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hospitality-quality mattresses, ample storage, and flat-screen televisions. Beds: King, King, Queen, Queen, and two twins that can be converted to a King upon request.

THE EXTERIOR LIVING SPACES
As beautiful as the interior spaces are at Dive-In Palm Springs - it is the outdoor spaces that are the crowning glory. Completely walled and gated for privacy - the entire yard has been space planned for relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. There are so many different spaces for spending time with your travel mates. At the center of it all are the fabulous inground pool and integrated waterfall spa. You’ll find al fresco dining, a built-in cook area, a fire pit lounge, chaise lounges, and shade umbrellas.

THE LOCATION
Dive-Into Palm Springs was created for Jet Setters who want to go from travel to poolside in a matter of minutes. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive - you will be right near everything! You’ll find the area’s finest restaurants, fast-casual eateries, shops, boutiques, and galleries all just minutes away. The casino, convention center, cabarets, dance clubs, and entertainment venues are very close. Neighborhood conveniences like grocery stores, coffee houses, and specialty shops are all less than a mile from your door.

We spent our kids' spring break here with my husband's parents and sister. We had 3 adults working throughout the week and there was no problem finding a good spot even with kids playing. It was even more spacious than I had imagined. The pool is big and goes to 8 feet deep, which we loved. We always pay for pool heating in Palm Springs and it's always the way to go. It felt great. The house is so well organized and stocked! We had everything we could have needed, even down to a laundry bin and flashlight in the closets. There are specialty cocktail glasses, pencils, and games. They had all the little things that made everything easy and no unexpected trips to the store. There were helpful labels on lights and shelves and a great binder with restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time here. Great amenities. Bright and airy and super clean! Spent days lounging around the pool. Evening spa time. Too windy for firepit but it looked great. Kitchen was very well stocked with nice pots and tons of good plastic cups for outside use. Jeremy was perfect greeter. Very highly recommend this property! Thanks for the perfect vacation!

Perfect House for a Low Key Winter Getaway!
Had a girls weekend with 6 of us. House is spacious and extremely clean. We appreciated how close it is to being downtown, as it made for easy uber pickups, but gave the flexibility to park a car as well. Everything was logically situated and the kitchen was so well stocked and organized. Definitely would stay again, and felt it is a great place for a family to stay as well.
