Private 1,100 square foot, single-story condo featuring a large primary bedroom with king bed, two full baths, open concept living and dining, full kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, and a den/office which is perfect for work-from-home or an extra sleeping space.

Both the living area and the bedroom feature private, fully enclosed patios with lush landscaping. There are no neighbors attached to either side or above you. The floor-to-ceiling windows and four skylights provide excellent natural light and views. The unit features dual-zone heating and cooling, allowing you to separately control the temperature in the bedroom side and the living side, to dial in your perfect comfort.

The community pool and hot tub are right outside your front door. The waterfall feature provides a soothing sound. There is also a 300 foot long grass dog run.

Pleasant Surprise
After losing another booking, we had made on VRBO because the owner decided to sell the property, we luckily found this, just as it went on the market. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt throughout our stay. A concern we had about privacy due to sheer blinds was met with a tasteful thank you and swift solution. What a nice surprise. Tastefully decorated with two exterior private spaces. Easy access to the pool & hot tub. Office space was handy and tasteful. Perfect for two people.

Nicely appointed condo with everything you might need for a vacation
The condo was very nicely furnished and well stocked with all that was needed for cooking and recreating. It was exceptionally clean. Ryan was a great host and very responsive to all questions and concerns. The only drawback to the property was the road noise from Indian Canyon. The condo is situated close to the street and unfortunately the bedroom is adjacent. One thing that could improve this situation in part is blackout curtains/shades for the windows so that the car headlights don’t shine through the bedroom window. If you are at all sensitive to noise this is probably not the condo for you.
