Located in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, this stylish retreat is in a great location to check out everything this city has to offer. When you want to venture out, make the short three-mile drive over to downtown and spend the day exploring local boutiques, delicious restaurants, art galleries, and casinos that line the famous Palm Canyon Drive. When you have worked up an appetite, try Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, and Rooster or the Pig (takeout only) for a delicious bite. For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails and golf courses will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. If you want to take a day trip, the beauty of Joshua Tree National Park is just 35 miles away offering hiking trails, rock climbing, and even a cholla cacti garden!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-Pool/Spa heat can be used for an additional fee of $95/night and must be requested 48 hrs in advance.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: There are a total of three cameras:
1) Facing the entry of the home and the front yard (active at all times for security purposes)
2) facing the carport on the side of the home (active at all times for security purposes)
3) facing the backyard (not active while guests are in the house)



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
