The house is beautiful inside and out; however, I paid a lot of money to have the pool and jacuzzi heat and it was ice cold when I arrived. This was very upsetting, considering our prime reason for renting this property was the pool, and with only one sunny day, the first day was imperative to use it.
There were no welcome amenities, no water, no wine, and nothing to greet us like all other vacation rentals. There were tons of stickers with rules/warnings throughout the house however.
Management sent a technician to fix the heat, and it took 24 hours for the pool to be ready, so we lost a full day of the entire stay working use. The jacuzzi continued to have problems the whole week.
Other problems included a horribly hard mattress in the master bedroom, no extra sheets or blankets. My guest had to sleep on the couch. Poor wifi reception as well.
The pool man and gardener should also NEVER just walk into the property unannounced during a rental without warning. That's not acceptable for privacy reasons. They came four separate times without knocking
On my last day the property manager sent a team of pool technicians to the house so we could not use the backyard at all.
I hope the homeowners hear how poorly their property is being managed by this company. In the end they only reimbursed me for the pool heating fee.
