This William Krisel designed home, built by the famed Alexander construction company back in 1959, will be the perfect retreat for your next sunny vacation. This property is characterized by its crisp clean lines, a butterfly roof, soaring clerestory windows, and high ceilings. Step outside and you will find the oversized sparkling pool (heated for a fee) that sets the stage for experiencing the indoor/outdoor lifestyle and the surrounding Palm Springs mountain backdrop. When it is time to whip up a poolside snack, the kitchen is well equipped with a high chair, utensils, service ware, and all of the appliances you'll need. Just off the kitchen, you'll find an indoor dining area that opens out onto the pool deck through a set of glass doors that slide open. Here you can also decide to dine alfresco and experience the backyard during twilight as the desert starts to cool and the landscape lights set the ambiance for a perfect evening.
Conveniently located less than two miles from the famed attractions of Palm Canyon Drive, there will be no delay in getting a piece of all the action. Whether you set out to grab a bite to eat at one of the delicious restaurants or want to beat the heat with a morning hike on the beautiful foothills of Mount San Jacinto, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Not to mention, a plethora of museums, golf courses, and casinos are also close by for even more fun!
THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
