Location, location, location. Find yourself in one of the most centrally located communities in Palm Springs. This Plaza Villas unit is the perfect winter getaway. Perfectly outfitted with comfort and fun in mind. With a very warm esthetic, if a unit could hug you, this one would do just that.

As an upstairs unit, you will not be bothered by any neighbors stomping around above you. A great fit for a couple to spend their time in the desert for a week or many weeks at a time. You're just steps away from the pool and hot tub right outside your front door, and a few short blocks from the main downtown strip's shopping, dining and entertainment plus just a short drive over to grocery and other necessity stores.

Community access to 2 pools, a hot tub and a tennis court.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
