The property was everything we expected and more!. The pool was perfect and relaxing, the house was clean and had all the we needed including beach towels for the pool.Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Communication with Alexia excellent! Definately would recommend and hope to come back again !

Wonderful stay
We had a really great time. The hot tub was wonderful out after a day of being out. The beds were comfortable and the location was quite convenient. I really appreciated that there were coffee filters for the coffee maker. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

Good location, clean, solid place to stay.
Stayed two nights with some friends for a golf trip. Place was clean, no complaints at all. Alex and Alexa were both very responsive for any questions we had. Location is great. Backyard is super nice. House had everything you could want for a short get away. Would happily stay again.

We stayed here a few days prior to my son's wedding and everything was perfect. The house is in a good location. It's clean and the pool and backyard was lovely. Our host, Alexa was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well and to help me with, something left behind afterwards. Thank you so much, Alexa!

this house was very clean. Very organized cozy we went out there for a wrestling tournament for high school. Very conveniently located six minute drive from Palm Springs high school host was great location of house felt safe overall good experience.

Amazing spot
We were here for a week over spring break/Easter. House is perfect, open, modern, spacious. Back yard is an oasis. Beds were all comfortable, house had everything we needed and more. We heated pool and spa and all was perfect. Alexia is most responsive host ever and she went above and beyond for our whole stay. Will return for sure!

Great Getaway
Property is exactly as described and sparkling clean. Large backyard has complete privacy with tall hedges, which makes it feel like your own oasis. Host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed plus a fun, vi tage foosball game! Highly recommend staying here. Good idea to have a car to get around but everything you want to do is wirhin short driving distance

Nice place, but not stocked with much and pool heated not included.
Thought the pool was heated like listed, but showed up to it and the hottub freezing. You have to pay 75$ per day extra to have it heated and also takes 12hrs to heat once you contact the host, plus the hottub can’t heat while heating the pool, wish we would have been told this before hand. The host was great about responding quick though. Kitchen was great for cooking in. Not much in the house but the basics. No games besides the foosball table, so we bought our own. Nothing outside besides chairs, no floaties or anything for pool. Thought house was really clean and nice, minus the trail of ants coming in from the garage door. Close to airport. Overall had a good time, but wish it had more stocked and had information about the pool up front.

Overall a Perfect Experience
This home was perfect for a mother/daughter getaway to sunny southern California. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to most anywhere you want to go in the vicinity. It was spotless inside and out, and included all the amenities needed. We enjoyed beautiful views of the mountains from the private backyard as we lounged around the pool and spa. Alexa did a wonderful job communicating with me. I can't express how positive an experience this was for us!

MUST READ
I was looking for a short relaxing getaway before transitioning into a new hospital job. Came across this property and loved all the photos posted. Reached out to Alex and Alexa and within 10 minutes reserved the place. IF YOU WANT TO RELAX THIS IS THE HOME FOR YOU. The house and the pool were extremely clean. The neighborhood is also very quiet and relaxing. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. I mean they will go way out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. If you are looking to party this is not the area or the house you want to be in. This is the home and the quite neighborhood you want to be in to relax and unwind with no distractions. I had a great time with my family and will return again. Thank you Alex and Alexa for making my stay an unforgettable one 😊

Amazing Ownerships/Management & Great Place
** 4.5 STARS ** We went over Xmas, so expected higher prices. *The owners* and management were amazing. Hyper responsive, communicative, & kind. You can't ask for better! *The house* is very clean & simply done. The backyard is immaculate & the pool/jacuzzi were perfect. The jacuzzi heats up very quickly. (we didn't use the pool). *The Neighborhood* was quiet and there are empty lots on two of three sides, so there's only one 'adjoining' neighbor who was quiet & respectful. *The Street* seemed middle-class with nicely done lawns and houses. The street one over was a different story and was pretty beat up and a little sketchy, aside from a few really nice STR units that stood out like a sore thumb. They're also building a new community across the street, so expect some building noises when outside, but nothing crazy. The house is also in the path of incoming/landing planes so you'll have that every hour or so, but again it's nothing crazy. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed the house, dealing with management, and our stay. The only 2 reasons it's a 4.5 & not 5: 1. The two main entryways were a bit old & could have used additional security measures (extra deadbolts/chain locks, etc...). That said, there is an alarm you can use. 2. Extras: There weren't the usual accoutrements we've gotten for other $300+/night rentals. Things like kitchen condiments/supplies, games/pool toys, etc.. Great central spot & house, we recommend it!

The property was so convenient to everything! The house was as described and even more. The view of mountains was spectacular! We’ll be back there soon. Hosts replied timely to all questions. Great vacation spot!
