Beautiful! Remodeled Mid-Century Alexander with SALTWATER pool, spa, bikes!

Located in the very desirable Racquet Club Estates, this mid-century, modern home was built by the Alexander Construction Co.

The backyard is a private oasis and includes everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy the Desert! It boasts a built in gas BBQ, 6-seat outdoor bar, an oversized hammock swaying between 2 large palm trees, a built-in fire pit, outdoor mega-chess set and a spaciously landscaped yard which includes a large grassy area. You'll never want to leave it!

The home has been beautifully remodeled and decorated with new floors throughout, large windows and doors and beautiful contemporary furnishings. Very open and airy. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. It looks onto the living room with views outside to the saltwater pool, beautiful yard and the San Jacinto mountains in the background. The living room is bright and airy. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV including cable, Netflix, Hulu, and a Roku player. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with direct access to the large backyard. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The house has WiFi with indoor speakers.

The large, saltwater pool has been upgraded and includes pool floats and toys. The pool is surrounded by plenty of chaise lounges with beach towels, umbrellas and an in-ground spa , making for your own private resort-like experience.

The house is kid friendly and the yard is fully gated, creating a secure, private sanctuary. Enjoy a bike ride on one of the 6 cruiser bikes to downtown Palm Springs or the nearby parks.

This property is conveniently located just a short distance to downtown Palm Springs (2 miles to the center of town) and within minutes to markets, restaurants, shopping, and parks with tennis courts.

Amazing Stay in Palm Springs
This property is just as pictured - which means it is even better in person. We enjoyed everything about the house. The pool was fantastic and we had many hummingbird sightings (though no roadrunners). Ryan was available to answer questions and very quick to respond. We’ll be back, and hope to stay here again!

Very Nice Property!

This is a cozy retro get away. Close to downtown, take the old school beach cruisers, and hit John’s for breakfast. Place is super clean with fun backyard. Enjoy!

Great house for family!
My family & I really enjoyed our stay! The house had a great layout, wonderful outdoor seating, the pool & jacuzzi were fantastic, chess, firepit, easy to figure everything out, and we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal with little issue - so definitely a nicely stocked kitchen for kitchenware. The beds are comfortable, & bathrooms are really nice. Highly recommend the property for family time.

Great Stay in Palm Springs!
We had a fantastic time in Palm Springs at this property. Everything was exactly as described and perfect. The pool and outdoor space was great for the kids. And the 3 bedrooms, each with their own TV, was the perfect place to relax after pool time. This was a great trip at a great house! Thank you!

We enjoyed our weekend at this property even though it was during a crazy hot heat wave! The pool stayed refreshingly cool, and the house was clean and well appointed. Our dog enjoyed the expansive yard, and there was plenty of shade to escape the sun. We would stay here again.

Even better in person!
I stayed with a couple of my girl friends for my bachelorette party in March and the property was perfect for the relaxing girls getaway that we had in mind. The home has everything you would need and more for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home was very well maintained, the owner provided excellent customer service and the location was perfect! Would definitely book this property again and recommend to friends!

Great get away!
The house is super cute! Decorated and stocked with everything Palm Springs. Clean and comfortable. The pool is great. We really enjoyed our stay. Ryan was easy to work with, thanks for the great stay! Only draw back, the street noise at night and the hidden extra cost of heating the pool, we wish this would have been disclosed in the listing.

We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one rates as one of the best. So many positives: air conditioning, pool, hot tub, chess, outdoor fire pit, bbq, kitchen, beds... The owner was responsive to questions and accommodated an early check in. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful weekend in beautiful mid-century modern house with all the comforts of home!
My boyfriend, his two sisters and I enjoyed a lovely long weekend in this well appointed home with pool, spa, BBQ, bikes and a kitchen set up perfectly for cooking and entertaining. Ryan, our host, was always available to answer any questions and was kind and pleasant throughout our stay. Except for a brief (but expensive) visit to Agua Caliente Casino, we stayed in the pool and enjoyed the yard. Would definitely recommend and will book again!

Relaxing Palm Springs Home
Had a great stay in this gem of a home in Palm Springs. My grandma turned 93 and we celebrated here. There was enough shady areas outside for everyone to choose the sunshine or shade. Ryan was amazing! He was very responsive during our stay!

LOVED this home
We enjoyed everything about the home. Very cute and comfortable beds, clean, great pool area, great master shower. House stayed very cool. Bikes were fun. We had to buy some helmets because the others were pretty worn out, no big deal though, left them for next guests. The hammock was my favorite part. Ryan was very helpful. House has everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, noisy street
The house and accommodations are lovely. The property manager was nice and helpful. Totally thumbs up on both. We visited during a colder time of year so the fact the pool is mostly shaded made it less appealing to use than maybe during a warmer time of year. The corner the property is located on is busy enough that road noise was a constant until late. It was commented upon by all members of our party and was more of a negative to some than others. A nice property overall

Fantastic house with everything you want or need. Salt water pool-check. Outdoor grill-check. Gas fire pit-check. Hammock-check. Nice sound system-check. Plenty of TV's-check. The hosts were easy and accomodating and the check out process was the most relaxed I've seen yet.
