The property was clean. The kitchen was well provisioned with utensils. We were able to get two communicating rooms at a good price relatively. The management is part of the hotel, so standard hotel.
During covid, by default, we didn't get room service. We didn't ask for it. The management was busy with a big group of people. Reaction time was slow, but acceptable. Reserve your shuttle 15 minutes in advance.
The hotel was overtaken by a large group of people attending some kind of religious ceremony near by to which they can walk. It is fine by itself, but they acted as a big annoying crowd. They show up together at the pool. Get in the pool with swimwear that covers all the body. With all the sweat, the pool stank pretty fast. Loud conversations avoiding relaxation. Kids hogging play areas in large groups: ping pong, pool, tennis, basketball court. Kids jumping over fences after hours. People walking after hours in our backyard by the golf course, scaring my kids.
Besides all of this, there is an undeveloped land across the golf that is being developed or treated, so that was noisy monday morning.
Overall, we enjoyed the time within the room, in early pool dives before people showed up and in late tennis until the dusty winds picked up. The rest was meh...
Advice: Property owner should advertise neighboring temple celebrations schedule, or look it up yourself!
